Abstract

剥離し、とその剥離物した成形品の一部が上水中に混入
するという問題が生じていた。

単層でも耐塩素含有水性に優れる着色樹脂組成物が望ま

が、退色性の点でやや劣るので退色性が特に要求される
場合には群青以外の顔料を使用することが望ましい。

混練造粒した。その後、射出成形機にてプレートを成形
し、JIS K6762に準じて次の条件で耐塩素含有
水性試験を行い、水泡の状況を確認した。 ・試験条件 塩素濃度:2000±100ppm 温度 :60℃ 浸漬時間:168時間 ・評価基準 1・・・1cm2 中に直径0.4mm以上の水泡が10
個以上存在する。 2・・・1cm2 中に直径0.4mm以上の水泡が4〜
9個存在する。 3・・・1cm2 中に直径0.4mm以上の水泡が4個
未満存在する。
