The lateral length of the impeller is controlled to 25 to 80% of the inner diameter of the agitated tank 1. One or more plate baffles 4 are vertically fixed to the inner wall of the tank 1. The notches are arranged asymmetrically to the agitating shaft 2. The horizontally long, trapezoidal, vertically long, circular, elliptic or triangular notch can be used.
