Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the lowering of a recognition ratio of the printed contents caused by the cutting of an unnecessary part in minimum, after the laying execution of the cable, in a cable such as a flat cable which has the front and back faces clearly, by printing the information such as an identification mark, a load name or the like on the both of front and back faces of a housing so that the printing positions are dislocated at both faces. SOLUTION: A cable 20 is flat, and the identification mark (2A) and a load name indicating the wiring target (Japanese-style room light SW) are continuously printed at equal intervals on the front and back faces along a longitudinal direction of a housing of the cable. On this occasion, the information on the back face is printed on a position dislocated by half pitch (P/2) to the information of the front face. Thereby the printing on the both of front and back faces can be prevented from completely lost even when the cable 20 is used for the house wiring, and is cutted while remaining a part to be drawn to a room side from a wall face to be connected with a load, and at least one of them can be confirmed, so that the recognition ratio can be improved in comparison with a conventional one.

The concept of the present invention will be described below. The present invention is intended to print information such as an identification symbol and a load name on a cable having a clear front and back, such as a flat cable, on both the front and back of the jacket and by shifting the printing position between the two. I made it. By printing in this way, even when cutting unnecessary parts after cable laying construction, it is almost eliminated that all of the printing on both the front and back is lost, and at least one can be confirmed,
The recognition rate is higher than the conventional one. In the case of a round cable other than a flat cable, the printing position may be shifted from each other on the surface along the longitudinal direction of the jacket corresponding to each of at least two different positions in the circumferential direction of the jacket of the cable.

The printing may be performed so that the distance between the information along the longitudinal direction of the cable jacket is equal regardless of the amount of information. That is, the printing pitch may be changed according to the amount of information to be printed. Particularly, the printed information is regarded as important at the processing end (load side) of the cable. Therefore, to avoid loss of information,
The distance between the pieces of information may be reduced at the processed end of the cable. On the other hand, such a printed cable is used as a power supply cable for obtaining power from the distribution board and a plurality of load connections for distributing power obtained by the power supply cable to a plurality of loads. By applying the present invention to an electric wire connection portion provided with a cable, the recognition rate is higher than that of a conventional one, so that workability can be improved.

FIG. 3 is a plan view showing Embodiment 2 of the cable of the present invention. The cable 30 according to the second embodiment,
Numeral 40 denotes continuous printing on the surface along the longitudinal direction of the jacket with a constant distance (distance D) between information regardless of whether the information amount is large or small. In other words, the printing pitch is changed according to the amount of information to be printed. The cable 30 shown in FIG.
The information of “W-electric lamp △ R-ventilation fan” is continuously printed at an interval of distance D, and the information of “2A Japanese room light” is continuously printed at an interval of distance D on the cable 40 shown in FIG. In this way, by printing the information at a constant interval regardless of whether the information amount is large or small, the blank portion between the information does not increase even if the information amount is small. The information printed on the cable is particularly important at the processed end (load side) of the cable. In order to avoid the loss of information at the time of printing, the distance between pieces of information may be narrowed at the processed end of the cable.
