Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a fitting made of steel simply, safely and quickly and lighten the burden of an execution worker, shorten the period of execution and reduce cost at the time of construction only by indoor works without requiring the chipping works of concrete, and to detach the fitting made of steel from a building simply and safely after a considerable period passes and conduct repair, exchange, etc., simply when the building is in service. SOLUTION: A rail body 1, in which a slit 2 beforehand communicated with an inner groove 3 is opened along a building-frame opening-section edge 32, is buried beforehand at the time of concrete placing. When the fitting made of steel such as a door, a sash, etc., is mounted to the building-frame opening- section edge 32, a joint metal fitting 6 slidably retained to the inner groove 3 is set up to the rail body 1 through the slit 2, and the fitting made of steel is installed to a concrete-constructed building by detachably connecting the sash frame 16 of the fitting made of steel to the joint metal fitting 6 by a bolt 19, screws 21, etc.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method of installing a steel fitting and a fitting used therefor, and more particularly, to a concrete building, which does not require a concrete hanging operation and a welding operation to a reinforcing bar. Steel fittings (including aluminum fittings) can be installed easily without any trouble, and even after a certain period of time, the steel fittings can be easily removed and replaced with new ones without the above work. By using a structure, it is possible for the constructor to shorten the construction period of the concrete building and to make the work simpler and safer, and to make it easier and cheaper for the user to maintain the steel fittings at a later date. The present invention relates to an installation method and an installation bracket used for the method.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, steel fittings such as sashes and doors attached to concrete building openings are welded with steel fitting frames to reinforcing bars protruding from the concrete skeleton openings, and then to the surroundings of the openings. It is installed by filling and solidifying the mortar in the gaps.

However, this conventional method of installing a steel fitting has the following problems. 1. When a steel fitting is installed on a concrete frame, the frame is fixed to the frame by welding.First of all, the concrete around the opening of the frame is removed and the concrete is exposed. There must be. This requires extra personnel, tools, working time, cleaning, etc., and is also a factor in raising costs. 2. Since the frame of the steel fittings is directly welded and fixed to the skeleton,
Temporary fixing is also not easy, so that it is difficult to adjust the level and the like, and extra time is required for installation, and when a large amount of fittings of this type such as an apartment are attached, extra costs are also increased. 3. Since the fittings cannot be temporarily temporarily fixed, laborious work is required, and safety work in high places may be neglected. 4. In addition, since the gap between the opening and the periphery is hardened with mortar, the user of the building cannot easily replace the sash or the door thereafter.

When a steel fitting is installed in a concrete building, the frame of the steel fitting is fixed to the opening of the skeleton, but in the present invention, the steel fitting is not welded to the reinforcing bar protruding from the edge of the opening, but is previously welded. Because it was configured to be fixed to the rail body buried at the opening edge with screws etc. through joint fittings,
First, the frame of the steel fitting can be temporarily fixed to the opening of the skeleton by using the screw mounting portion, so that fine adjustment at the time of installation can be easily performed and the installation can be easily performed. There is no need for time and manual work to remove concrete and welding work to reinforcing steel, so if there are many work locations, the cost reduction effect will be great. Safety work can be performed at high altitudes without reducing efficiency. Also, the gap between the frame and the frame is
Instead of mortar, use urethane foam or other material that can be easily removed later, and fix it. Even after a long time, such as after 30 years, remove urethane foam and unscrew. The frame can be easily removed with just a simple operation. At that time, the frame can be removed only from the indoor side because there is no concrete hanging work or cutting work of the welded part, so the safety is improved from the aspect of construction, and a scaffold is unnecessary in terms of cost And become cheaper.

Further, since the sash frame 16 is not fixed by welding or mortar as in the prior art, it is necessary to remove concrete around the sash frame or cut the welded rebars when exchanging fittings several decades later. Without removing the urethane foam, simply removing the screws after removing the urethane foam allows the frame to be easily detached even afterwards, making maintenance such as reforming easy. In addition, since the sash frame 16 can be detached from the inside of the building, there is no need to use a scaffold, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the time required for the work is reduced.

As described above, in the method for installing a steel fitting and the fitting for the steel fitting according to the present invention, since the above-mentioned configuration is adopted, concrete is built in a concrete building with extra time and labor. The steel fittings can be adjusted and installed by a simple operation without the need for such an operation, and the installation time can be shortened. No special technique such as welding is required, and installation work can be performed safely from the indoor side. In addition to the above effects, it is possible to reduce the burden on the installer, shorten the construction period, and reduce the cost associated therewith. In addition, the gap between the opening of the skeleton and the steel fitting frame is filled with mortar, etc., so that it will not be fixed, so after a certain number of years, when the user intends to repair or replace the steel fitting, it will be necessary to use a concrete drop or temporary scaffold. The steel fittings can be detached from the building without the need for a repair, and maintenance such as repair and replacement can be performed safely and easily. In addition, even in this case, since temporary costs and the like are not required, effects such as reduction of costs can be obtained.
