Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form gaps among phases and to increase the dielectric strength, and to reduce the size of a bus-bar supporting device by forming grooves in surfaces being opposed to each other of a pair of insulating supporting boards and interposing bus-bars between, and providing protrusions on the opposite side surfaces to the grooves of these insulating supporting boards. SOLUTION: In respective corresponding surfaces of insulating supporting boards 2 each composed of a pair of insulating supporting boards 2A and 2B corresponding to each other, grooves 11 and insulated grooves 12 for putting bus-bars in are formed respectively, and besides rugged folded parts 13 surrounding these grooves 11, 12 are formed. And fitting parts 14 are provided on the upper and lower sides interposing the folded parts 13, and protrusions 16 are formed on the boundary surface sides of the insulating supporting boards 2 for supporting adjoining bus-bars 3 of different phases, and the insulating supporting boards 2 of individual phases are united by the aid of these protrusions 16. Consequently, it becomes possible to provide gaps among individual phases and increase the dielectric strength, and to reduce the size of an enclosed bus-bar box 1.

2. Description of the Related Art A closed bus is used to connect devices such as a closed switchboard and a transformer with a main circuit bus. The closing bus is generally constituted by a main circuit bus having a necessary current-carrying capacity therein, an insulator for insulating and supporting the bus, and a jacket for closing the insulator. The cross-sectional area and shape of the main circuit bus are determined by the supplied current, but a flat busbar is generally used due to a rise in temperature and ease of manufacture.
Insulating supports are provided between the bus bar and the ground metal to have the required mechanical strength and to maintain insulation from the ground.
In addition, the outer jacket is configured as a closed bus box by closing the main circuit bus and the insulating support with a ground metal, including a ventilation device, an inspection cover, and the like. Incidentally, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. S51-40590 can be cited as this type of busbar supporting device.

Conventionally, the closed bus is 600
In the case of the V class or lower, since the current is mainly applied, a flat insulating plate is sufficient for supporting the bus, but as the voltage becomes higher, electrical insulation is required and the creepage distance is required. As a result, the size of the supporting insulator and the like becomes large, and the size of the closed bus (bus duct) also becomes large. In addition, the support insulator that supports the main circuit bus is a structure that supports the bus at the head of the insulator.Because a bending force is applied to the insulator when a short-circuit current occurs, it is necessary to consider that the bus support interval is narrowed.
The busbar supporting device could not be avoided from being enlarged.

[0014] The insulating support plate 2A of FIG. 1 is arranged with the paper surface A facing upward. The insulation support plate in this state is rotated once so that the paper surface A faces downward and the back surface B faces upward, and the other insulation support plate 2B is arranged so that the corresponding surfaces are arranged corresponding to each other.
Are arranged corresponding to the insulating support plate 2A, and the other-side insulating support plate 2B
A pair of insulating support plates 2A and 2B are arranged so that the paper surface A of the paper is turned upward and the back surface B is directed downward, and the corresponding surfaces 10 of FIG. 1 correspond to each other and the paper surface A faces upward. I do.
Since these insulating support plates 2A and 2B can be made of one type of insulating support plate, not only is production easy, but inventory control is also simple because only one type is required. To further facilitate production, an insulating support plate having the insulating support plate 2B with the paper surface A facing upward and the back surface B facing downward, and an insulating supporting plate having the paper surface A facing downward and the back surface B facing upward. Prepare When distinguishing the two insulating support plates, the position of the protrusion 16 can be immediately identified, so that these insulating support plates 2A, 2B

[0018] The insulating groove portion 11 has a difference in size and shape from the groove portion 12 of the bus bar 3 so that the bus bar 3 is not erroneously attached to the groove portion 11 and a necessary surface creepage distance is secured. Although copper or aluminum is used for the bus 3, an insulated bus with an insulating coating may be used instead of a bare bus. An elastic member spacer 21 is fitted into the bus 3 and the insulating support plates 2A and 2B. The spacer 21 prevents corona generated between the busbar 3 and the insulating support plates 2A and 2B and damage due to mechanical contact.

[0019] FIG. 3 shows these components configured as a closed bus unit. A bus bar 3 extending in the horizontal direction is supported between the insulating support plate 2A and the insulating support plate 2B, and is supported at intervals of a support span 1 according to a required electromagnetic force. An extension of the connecting portion 23 of the bus 3 to this support span 1, that is, 1 is configured as one unit. Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, the bus 3 is supported by the supporting insulator 31 and the supporting bracket 32, and receives an electromagnetic force due to the K dimension at the time of a short circuit, so that it becomes cantilevered and the supporting span is shortened. Although it is necessary to increase the number of supports at one place during l, in the present invention, it is sufficient to provide two insulating support plates 2 and the number of installation positions of the insulating support plates 2 can be reduced. Can be reduced.

As described above, according to the present invention, the bus bar 3 on one phase and the bus bar 3 on the other phase are connected to each other via the projection 16 via the gap 20, so that the insulation distance to the surface along the ground becomes longer. In addition, the dielectric strength is increased, and not only can the closed bus box 1 be reduced, but also the assembling work of the insulating support plate and the like is facilitated by the projections 16.
