A reinforcing plate 27 of U-shaped cross-section which is formed by bending both sides of a long plate, is formed into an annular shape in parallel to both the sides, and the upper and lower parts of the peripheral end part of the opening 16 at the back surface of the fitting plate 25 with both the ends of it being blocked by end plates.
