き出したこ足形把持部9を可動側型2より突出させる。
次いで図5の如く、ランナー4の上方突部4aをロボッ
ト6で把持して上方に引っ張るとたこ足形把持部9は無
理なく外方に開き突き出しピン5より外れる。なお、本
例においては突部4aはスプルーとなっているが、パー
ティング射出成形方式によって形成される突起を、前記

ールを可動側型から突き出した時、ランナーが突き出し
ピンからずれることがなく、ロボットの把持部でランナ
ーを引っ張ると簡単にランナーを突き出しピンから外す
