Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the easy removal of a runner from an ejection pin when a mold is opened by forming a projection part above a runner and forming radially an elastic octopus-leg-shaped grip part at the lower end of the projection part opposite to the ejection pin below the projection part and a fixing channel of a specified shape which fixes the grip part at the upper end of the ejection pin. SOLUTION: A projection part 4a by a robot 6 is formed above a runner 4, and an elastic octopus-leg-shaped grip part 7 is formed radially in the center direction opposite to an ejection pin 5 at the lower end of a projection part 4b below the part 4a. A fixing channel 8 for fixing the grip part 7 the depth of which increases gradually downward in the center direction is formed radially at the upper end of the ejection pin 5. After the completion of injection molding, the runner 4 is extracted from a fixed side mold 1. 次いで図5の如く、ランナー4の上方突部4aをロボッ
ト6で把持して上方に引っ張るとたこ足形把持部9は無
理なく外方に開き突き出しピン5より外れる。なお、本
例においては突部4aはスプルーとなっているが、パー
ティング射出成形方式によって形成される突起を、前記
突部4aに対応する突部としてもよい。

ピンからずれることがなく、ロボットの把持部でランナ
ーを引っ張ると簡単にランナーを突き出しピンから外す
ことができる。
