Description of the Related Art A trolley wire for supplying power to a train via a pantograph disposed on the train generally uses copper having good conductivity, so that the trolley wire is significantly worn by sliding. Burrs occur on both sides of the trolley wire due to wear. By the way, this burr is generated along the trolley wire, adheres firmly to the trolley wire and grows gradually, but when this burr grows beyond a certain size,
In some cases, the pantograph was peeled off by the impact of sliding or the like, and was entangled with the pantograph or the like, causing a short circuit, or causing damage to the trolley wire or the pantograph. For this reason, it is necessary to periodically remove the burrs, but as described above, the burrs are firmly attached to the trolley wire, and labor and deburring performed manually with a sickle used for mowing the grass are required. It takes time.

In addition to being able to be guided accurately to the disposed deburring blade, the remaining burr can be reliably removed by the deburring blade. Also, the deburring blade
Since it is formed in a shape following the shape of the lower outer peripheral surface of the trolley wire, only burrs adhered to the trolley wire can be reliably removed.

Since it is not necessary, it is also possible to perform it manually as a hand-held type. For this reason,
It is desirable that the deburring apparatus be reduced in weight by using a light metal such as aluminum as a material of a structural portion such as the deburring table 1.

1D, a V-shaped groove is formed on the opposed outer peripheral surface, and the trolley wire T is positioned in the V-shaped groove so that the trolley wire T is formed into a cylindrical brush. While smoothly guiding the trolley wire T into the V-shaped groove formed by the outer peripheral surfaces of the main bodies 31, 31, the trolley wire T can be accurately guided to the deburring blade 2 arranged rearward. this is,
When the wire brush 3 moves along the trolley wire T, the burrs firmly adhered to the trolley wire T are peeled off by the brush bodies 31, 31 which are in contact with the trolley wire T, and the burrs remaining partially adhered By causing
This is a mechanism for surely removing burrs by a deburring blade 2 described later. In this case, if the brush bodies 31 and 31 cannot perform a required function such as burring due to abrasion or the like, the mounting bolts 33 are loosened to set the brush body 31 to a required angle, for example, After being rotated 90 °, it can be fixed again with the mounting bolts 33 so that the new brush surface of the brush body 31 comes into contact with the trolley wire T.
The required functions can be exhibited over a long period of time without replacing the brush body 31 for a long period of time. If necessary, a drive mechanism (not shown) for independently rotating the brush bodies 31, 31 may be provided.

The blade main body 21 is disposed on the top surface along the longitudinal direction of the trolley wire T, and is fixed with screws 25. This blade body 21
As shown in detail in FIGS. 1 and 2, a trolley wire fitting groove 2 concaved in an arc shape along the outer peripheral surface of the trolley wire T on the upper surface.
1a, the tip of the trolley wire fitting groove 21a is sharpened to form a cutting edge 21b, so that burrs protruding from the trolley wire T can be forcibly removed, and mounting pieces 21c are provided on both sides. It protrudes and can be fixed to the mounting base 22 via the screw 25. In this case, the blade main body 21 is inclined at the upper end so as to form a sharp cutting edge, and by raising the front end of the blade main body 21, a clearance angle is provided so that stable cutting performance can be maintained. I have. Further, in the present embodiment, two blade bodies 21 are arranged before and after along the longitudinal direction of the trolley wire T, but the number of the blade bodies 21 is not limited to this, and one blade body 21 is provided. Alternatively, three or more pieces may be provided. By disposing a plurality of blade main bodies 21 in this manner, deburring can be performed more reliably. The trolley wire fitting groove 21a of the blade body 21 is
The V-shaped grooves on the opposed outer peripheral surfaces of the first and second V-shaped grooves are located on the same straight line and at substantially the same height.

As shown in detail in FIGS. 3 to 5, the dust collecting cover 5 is generally made of a synthetic resin, has a cylindrical shape, and the rear end of the cover is narrowed down to a funnel shape narrower than the front open end. A duct (not shown) of a suction device is connected to the small-diameter end portion 51 so as to be able to suck the burrs that have fallen into the dust collection cover 5 and the oils and fats adhering to the trolley wire T. In this case, the dust collecting cover 5 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and cutouts 52 and 53 are formed in upper and lower portions so as not to conflict with each member of the deburring device and the trolley wire T, thereby removing burrs. During operation, burrs removed by the deburring blade 2 and the wire brush 3 can be collected by the suction device via the dust collection cover 5. In this embodiment, the dust collection cover 5 does not cover the wire brush 3 because the suction action of the suction device extends to the wire brush 3. Can be formed so as to cover.

In order to deburr the trolley wire T using this deburring device, for example, a pantograph type lifting platform is provided on a maintenance vehicle or the like, and the mounting bracket 4 of the deburring device is attached to this lifting platform. In this case, the lifting table is moved up and down so that the deburring blade 2 and the wire brush 3 are pressed against the trolley wire T at a required pressure. When a maintenance vehicle or the like is run in this state, the trolley wire T is sequentially guided to the wire brush 3, and the burrs firmly adhered to the trolley wire T are raked by the wire brush 3, and a part thereof is peeled off. At the same time, the remaining burrs are reliably and quickly removed by the deburring blade 2. The burrs and oils and fats scraped off from the trolley wire T are collected in the dust collection cover 5 and discharged and collected outside the cover by the suction device.
