【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】家具本体に開閉可能に支持された扉の閉鎖
状態を保持すると共に開放を可能にする扉ラッチ具にお
いて、家具本体或いは扉の一方に回動可能に支持される
と共に第1弾性部材の弾性力により付勢され、先端部に
ラッチ部を有したラッチ本体と、該ラッチ本体に相対す
る扉或いは家具本体に取付けられ、後部の導入通路及び
側部の離脱通路に囲まれ、導入通路に相対して係合部が
設けられると共に前方側部にラッチ部の摺接に伴ってラ
ッチ本体を第1弾性部材の弾性力に抗して回動させるカ
ム面を有した被ラッチ本体と、家具本体に対して扉を常
には開放方向へ付勢する第2弾性部材とからなり、家具
本体に対して扉が第2弾性部材の弾性力に抗して閉鎖方
向へ回動された際にカム面に摺接するラッチ部によりラ
ッチ本体を第1弾性部材の弾性力に抗して回動させて導
入通路内に導入させた後に第1及び第2弾性部材の夫々
の弾性復帰力によりラッチ本体を係合部に係合させて家
具本体に対する扉の閉鎖状態を保つ一方、上記状態にて
家具本体に対して扉が第2弾性部材の弾性力に抗して閉
鎖側へ押圧された際に第1弾性部材の弾性復帰力により
付勢されたラッチ本体のラッチ部を係合部から離脱通路
へ移動させた後、第2弾性部材の弾性復帰力によりラッ
チ部を離脱通路から離脱させることにより扉の開放を可
能にした扉ラッチ具。
