Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a bottle surely by applying pressure and to improve the reliability of the following treatment by a method in which in an apparatus which fixes a bottle such as a PET bottle at a given position and conducts recovery treatment including cap removal and cutting, the neck part of the bottle is gripped by a gripper. SOLUTION: In the treatment of PET bottles 1 etc., when the bottle 1 is stopped before a cap removing rubber roller 6, a motor 7 is driven to advance the roller 6, its V-shaped groove 9 is contacted with a cap 3, the bottle 1 is pushed back with the cap 3 turned to be removed from a bottle neck part 4, and the cap 3 is separated from the bottle 1. The bottle 1 without the cap 3 is returned to the original position, and the cap 3 is dropped downward. In the recovery of bottles such as the PET bottles 1, a bottle of each size can be fixed simply, and treatment such as cap removal and cutting can efficiently be done.

[Claims] 1. A bottle fixing device in which a bottle such as a PET bottle is fixed at a fixed position, and a cap is removed, and a bottle neck is gripped and fixed by a gripper in a recovery process such as cutting.
