PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain cost reduction and higher ease of assembly and longer service life by forming a wall for blocking the clearance between a housing and a wiring block at the housing or the wiring block. SOLUTION: Both ends of a rotor 1 are supported by bearings 2 formed in a housing 3, and a cooling fan 7 is fitted on the opposite side of a commutator 6. A stator 4 is disposed at the outer periphery of the rotor 1. The stator 4, wound on stator winding 11 and is press-fixed at a rotor pressing surface formed in the housing 3, and involves a wiring block 5 connected to the stator 4.
