Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a rear surface and to hold a bulletin paper, etc., by the magnetic attraction of small magnets to a front surface by elastically deforming the projecting parts and recessed parts of a sheet-like magnet having flexibility to generate a negative pressure in these recesses, thereby attracting the magnet to a surface to be held. SOLUTION: If the other surface of the sheet-like magnet 2 is provided with a layer to be printed, the printing and writing on the information bulletin sheet itself are possible. A material having flexibility and tacky adhesiveness when dry is applied on the surface of the projections 3 formed by embossing the sheet-like magnet surface having a specified thickness and the coating is dried, by which the tacky adhesive parts 5 are formed. The projections 3 and the recesses 4 may be disposed on the magnetic attraction surface of the sheet-like magnet and are more preferably disposed on the non-magnetic attraction surface. The one surface of the information bulletin sheet 1 is pressed to the holding surface of a nonmagnetic material, such as glass or resin, in contact therewith. When the depression is released, the bulletin sheet is surely attracted and fixed by the negative attraction by the recesses and tacky adhesive force and, therefore the holding of the bulletin paper, etc., by the small circular magnets, etc., is possible.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a sheet-shaped magnet used as an information display sheet, an adhesive or a tape with an adhesive is laminated on the back side of the sheet-shaped magnet, and the adhesive layer is formed. There has been a sheet which is adhered to a mating surface to form a sheet-like magnet layer on which the display paper or the like is sandwiched by a small circular magnet or the like (for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 58-97134). But,
These adhesives have the drawback that, when repeatedly adhered, the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive decreases, and when the mating surface has poor smoothness or there is even a slight amount of water or oil film, the adhesive strength is extremely reduced.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problem, that is, the mating surface is a non-magnetic material or a magnetic material, and some water or oil film is formed. Even if it arrives or the degree of smoothness is somewhat poor, the back surface of the sheet magnet is firmly fixed, and a bulletin board or the like can be sandwiched on the surface by the magnetic attraction of a small magnet, and it can be repeatedly fixed. It is another object of the present invention to provide an information bulletin sheet which does not decrease the suction power.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, an information posting sheet is surrounded on at least one surface of a flexible sheet-like magnet by continuous or discontinuous projections. The concave portion is formed so as to be elastically deformable, and at least the protrusion surface is used as an adhesive portion, and the concave portion opening and the protrusion surface are brought into contact with the held surface and pressed to release the pressing, thereby elastically deforming the protrusion and the concave portion. The above problem was solved by a configuration in which the inside of the concave portion was set to a negative pressure to attract the sheet magnet to the surface to be held.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In the present invention, if a printed layer is formed on the other surface of a sheet-like magnet and subjected to easy printing, printing or writing can be performed on the information posting sheet itself. The protrusions and recesses according to the present invention can be made flexible by embossing a sheet-like magnet having a certain thickness as shown in FIGS. An adhesive part (for example, silicone rubber) may be applied and dried to form an adhesive part. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 4, the substance may be applied to a fixed thickness magnet itself and dried to form a protrusion and an adhesive part. The coating is often performed by screen printing, XY plotter, or the like. Further, as the material forming the adhesive portion or the projection and the adhesive portion, silicon rubber, urethane rubber, elastomer, epoxy, vinyl chloride, acrylic, or the like can be used.

The projections and recesses may be provided on the magnetized surface of the sheet magnet. However, it is easier to use the posting surface as the magnetized surface, and at least the projecting portion and the concave portion are provided on the non-magnetized surface. It is more preferable to use a protrusion and a concave portion. Further, the protrusion and the concave portion may be provided on one or both surfaces by magnetizing both surfaces. In this case, the bulletin board or the like can be sandwiched by an iron piece instead of a small magnet.
Thick magsheets can be used, but the thickness is 0.5
When the thickness is less than mm, the elastic deformation is liable to occur, so that a synergistic effect of the negative pressure attracting force and the magnetic force attracting force works, so that a thin magnet having a weak magnetic force can be more preferably used.

The printing layer used in the present invention can sufficiently cover a sheet-like magnet having a dark color, and
It is preferable that the thickness is as thin as possible. For example, if an opaque layer formed by vacuum-depositing aluminum or the like is provided, the color of the deposited metal can be used as a base color, or even if an opaque synthetic resin film that is entirely colored is used, Good. The layer to be printed may be laminated on the sheet magnet by a normal laminating method. In addition to laminating using a bonding agent such as an adhesive or an adhesive, depending on the material of both layers, laminating directly is performed only by heat and pressure bonding. You can also.

When the information bulletin sheet of the present invention comes in contact with one surface thereof and presses it against a holding surface of a non-magnetic material such as glass or resin and releases the pressure, the concave portion is positively attracted by the negative pressure and the adhesive force of the adhesive. Since the sheet is adsorbed and fixed, the bulletin board or the like can be held by the small circular magnet or the like as described above. Also, when the magnetic material such as a steel cabinet is brought into contact with the surface to be held and pressed and released, the magnetic attraction by the magnet is further applied to increase the attraction force, and the mating surface of the cabinet or the like is somewhat uneven or slightly uneven. Even if rust, water, oil, etc. are attached, it can be firmly absorbed and fixed.

A bulletin board or the like is applied to the outer surface of the information bulletin sheet thus attracted and fixed, and the bulletin board or the like can be held by magnetically attracting the bulletin board with a small circular magnet or iron piece from above.
Moreover, even if it is repeatedly peeled off or adsorbed, the adsorbing power does not decrease. Here, the negative pressure suction by the concave portion will be described with reference to FIG. When the information bulletin sheet is pressed against the held surface in the direction of the arrow, the adhesive portion on the surface of the projection strongly presses against the held surface, elastically deforming the projection and elastically deforming the bottom of the recess, thereby forming the recess. The interior volume is reduced to create a closed room. Next, when the pressing is released in that state, the protrusion and the concave portion try to return to the original state by elasticity. However, since the inside of the concave portion is in a closed chamber state, it can be estimated that the suction pressure is further increased by applying a negative pressure to the inside of the concave portion.
