As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 38296, when connecting a pair of tendon members, the two tendon members are pulled out of the box, between the end of one tendon member and the end of the other tendon member, and straddle the two. A tension applying device (hydraulic jack) is provided so as to be stretched, and the tension applying device draws both tension members in a direction approaching each other to apply tension, and under this tension state, an end of one tension member is provided. Is connected to a connecting member attached to the end of the other tendon, and then the tension applying device is removed.

Therefore, this tension applying device can be attached to the tension member relatively easily. In many cases, as a result, during the work of gradually applying tension to the tendon by the tension applying device, the tension applying device is accidentally disengaged from the tendon due to force imbalance or the like, and the tension applying device is repelled by the tendon. Or the end of the tendon material may jump greatly, causing an unexpected danger to the workers around it.

A step of pulling out the ends of these tendons from the end face of the concrete structure;
A step of slidably attaching the connecting members connectable to each other by screwing each other with respect to the tendon, and attaching a stopper that regulates a range of sliding of the tendon, and an end of the one tendon and the other end A step of attaching a tension applying device between the end portions of the tendon members so as to straddle both of them, and a step of pulling the tendon members in a direction approaching each other to apply tension by the tension applying device. Connecting the connecting members by screwing them together, and removing the tension applying device from the tension member, wherein the pair of connection members are connected before attaching the tension applying device to the tension member. The members are screwed together and connected in a temporarily fixed state, and after this connection, a tension applying device is attached between both of the tendon members. The tensioning members are pulled in a direction approaching each other by a tensioning device to apply a tension, and in this tensioned state, the screwing of the pair of connecting members is further advanced to bring each tensioning member into contact with the stopper. After that, the tension applying device is detached from the tension member.

If the clamps 21 and 22 are displaced or disengaged during the work of applying the tension due to insufficient tightening of the tension members, the connecting members 5 of the tension members 3 and the tension members 4 Even if the connecting members 6 are temporarily connected to each other by temporary fixing, and the clamps 21 and 22 are erroneously shifted or disengaged, the tension of the tension members 3 and 4 may be instantaneously loosened. There is no danger that the tension members 3, 4 and the tension applying device 20 may jump off due to the reaction force.

を特徴とする緊張材の連結方法。1. A step of inserting tension members into a pair of concrete structures arranged opposite to each other and fixing them, and pulling out ends of these tension members from an end face of the concrete structure; Attaching a connecting member slidable to the tension member at each end of the tension member, and attaching a stopper that regulates a range of sliding of the tension member; and one of the tension members Attaching a tension applying device between the end of the tension member and the end of the other tension member, and pulling the tension members in a direction approaching each other by the tension applying device, thereby forming a tension. , A step of screwing and connecting the connecting members to each other, and a step of removing the tension applying device from a tension member. In the connecting method of (1), before attaching the tension applying device to the tension member, the pair of connecting members are screwed to each other and temporarily connected to each other, and after this connection, the tension applying device is attached between both of the tension members. With the additional device, each tension member is pulled in a direction approaching each other to apply tension, and under this tension applied state, the screwing of the pair of connecting members is further advanced to bring each connecting member into contact with the stopper. Thereafter, the tension applying device is detached from the tension member.
