Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coming off of filler and keep a tread of grating in a good condition by forming a groove material in such a manner that its tip is narrowed toward an upper opening, bringing it into contact with a main member for welding, and pouring filler into a groove for curing. SOLUTION: A groove is inclined slightly inward on an inner side by making the width of an opening at an upper end of a groove material 4 of a grating 1 smaller than the width of a bottom thereof, the whole side wall is formed into a part of which tip is narrowed, and a long plate steel is drawed to form the groove material 4 of the grating 1. Many groove materials 4 formed in this way are arranged in parallel on a main member 3 which is stretched over an end plate 2 which is assembled like a frame at a predetermined interval for welding. Filler 5 in which ceramic sand having the similar color to colored epoxy resin is mixed into the epoxy resin and which prevents a slip is poured through an opening of the groove material 4 for curing. Since a tip of the groove of the groove material 4 is narrow to prevent coming off of the filler 5 and a section between the groove materials 4 and 4 is narrowed downward, the nozzle effect occurs when there is a large quantity of rainfall, and light dirt in a bottom part of a side ditch can be flowed away.

The groove member 24 is made of a U-shaped steel having a bottom portion 27 and a side wall 28 (FIG. 8A), a Y-shaped steel having a groove formed by two tapered walls 21 (FIG. 8B), or a leg. U-shaped steel (Fig. 8
(c)) is used in accordance with the required specifications. As the filler, a crushed or crushed material such as ceramic, natural stone, rubber or the like is used for the aggregate, and those obtained by binding these with an epoxy resin or the like are used. As the aggregate, various colors having a color effect are used, or a material having abrasion resistance is used in order to prevent slippage. When a color effect is required, the binder is often colored to enhance the effect. In some cases, a water-permeable binder is used. In this case, a drainage hole is also provided at the bottom of the groove to drain the water, thereby improving the drainage of the top surface of the filler. In addition, there are two types of filling: a method in which a flowing filler is poured into a groove and then solidification, and a method in which the solidified filler is filled in the groove.

[0004] However, such a filler often comes off from the groove, and various measures are taken to prevent it from coming off. For example, in the case where a filler is poured, an anchor member 30 is attached inside the groove (FIG. 9).
(a)) Further, there is an anchor member 30 attached to the bottom of the groove (FIG. 9 (b)). Also, when filling the solidified filler, the filler is bonded to the bottom of the groove,
At this time, the solidified adhesive 31 bites into the folded portion at the upper end of the side wall of the groove to prevent the adhesive from coming off (FIG. 9C).

In view of the above situation, it is an object of the present invention to provide a grating having a filler on a tread surface side, which can more reliably prevent the filler from coming off by a simple method.

Generally, a groove material to be filled with a filler is formed by extruding a steel material, sheet metal, welding, or the like. In the present invention, the groove has a cross-sectional shape of the groove. It was formed so as to be tapered toward the opening direction (this portion is called a tapered portion). Then, the groove material is attached to the grating by welding or the like in such a direction that the groove becomes an upper opening. According to this, the tapered portion of the groove does not allow the filler therein to come off.

[0008] The means will be specifically exemplified. If it has a side wall such as a U-shaped steel, the cross section of the side wall is closer to the upper end,
A tapered portion can be provided at an arbitrary position near the base end, in the middle thereof, or the entire side wall cross section may be formed as a tapered portion. If the tapered wall has a tapered wall like a Y-shaped steel, a tapered portion is provided at the tip of the tapered wall. Further, the side wall may have a constricted cross-sectional shape, and a part of the constricted portion may form a tapered portion.

The simplest means is to make the side wall of the U-shaped steel reversely tapered. In the case of the conventional U-shaped steel, the place where the wall and the bottom form a right angle is reduced to a slight acute angle. Just do it. Also, in this case, all of the wall portions become tapered portions, and the retaining is more reliable.

[0010] By using these means, if a conventional stopper such as the anchor material or the adhesive described above is used, it acts as a pull or a hook for the filler to be pulled out, and therefore, the filler can be filled. In some cases, the material may come off from the anchor material, or the filler itself may be cut off, and as a result, the material may come off from the groove material. It works, and it is in a state where it is clogged in the opening that becomes the outlet for the filler, so that it is surely prevented from coming off.

Further, as described above, the tapered portion may be formed at any position in the groove cross section. In particular, the position is shifted to the opening so that the tapered portion includes the opening of the groove. In this case, the tapered part holds the filler from the head and prevents it from falling off. Excellent action.

However, if the tapered portion is formed in the opening of the groove, the exposed portion of the filler becomes smaller by the amount of the opening being narrowed, that is, the portion exhibiting aesthetic feeling and anti-slip becomes smaller. On the other hand, when the tapered portion is provided with the groove having a constricted cross-sectional shape, the point that the exposed portion is not reduced is excellent. These may be selected as required.

When the filling material 5 is provided on the tread surface 6 of the grating 1 in this manner, the filling material 5 can be prevented from coming off since the groove 9 of the groove material 4 is tapered, and the entire surface of the side wall 8 can be prevented. Since the detachment of the filler 5 is suppressed, the detachment is reliably prevented. Also, since the gap between the groove members 4 is narrowed downward, the rainwater is accumulated here when the amount of rainfall is large and flows down to a not-shown gutter. The contour will provide a nozzle effect. The nozzle effect increases the momentum of rainwater flowing down, so that if the dirt on the bottom of the gutter is minimal, there is also an effect of assisting cleaning by flushing off the dirt.

As shown in FIG. 5, the groove member 4 used in the first and third aspects of the present invention is formed by bending the upper end of the side wall 8 of a U-shaped steel at a right angle to form a tapered portion 10. In particular, when forming the constricted shape, if the opening width A of the groove material 4 is set to be equal to or slightly larger than the bottom width B, there is no clogging between the groove materials.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, in the grating in which the upper surface of the filling material filled in the groove material having the upwardly open groove is the tread surface, the groove is formed of the groove. Having a tapered portion formed so that its cross-sectional shape becomes tapered toward the opening direction. " As a result, the inner wall itself of the groove, which becomes tapered toward the opening direction, can function as a stopper for the filler, and the filler becomes clogged in the tapered portion, so that the filler can be more reliably removed. According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, the invention is characterized in that the tapered portion is formed to include an opening of the groove.
For this reason, it is possible to narrow the opening of the groove serving as the outlet for the filler, so that the tapered portion acts to press down the filler and blocks the opening serving as the outlet for the filler. Since it is in a state, it can be surely prevented from falling out, and the tread surface of the grating can be kept good. In particular, when the retaining material is pulled or caught on the filler, the filler itself breaks in the middle even if the retaining is reliable,
If it breaks, it will eventually come off, but there is no such thing because it prevents it from coming off at the opening.
