Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 電動モータ(5)から減速機構(2)を
介してネジ杆(8)を回動し、該ネジ杆(8)に螺合す
るピストン(7)を進退作動させる電動シリンダ(1)
において、前記減速機構(2)を収容する本体ケース
(3)を、他側面に取付部(30)を有する椀型の収納
部(3c)に形成した下部ケース(3a)と、該下部ケ
ース(3a)の開口部を閉鎖固定する平板状のケース蓋
(3c)とで構成し、該ケース蓋(3c)の表面にシリ
ンダ部(6)と電動モータ(5)を一体的に固定した状
態で、電動モータ(5)に設けたピニオンギヤ(20)
とネジ杆(8)に設けた平ギヤ(21)とを噛合させて
一段の減速機構(2)を構成し、この減速機構(2)を
上記平ギヤ(21)の収納深さに収納部(3c)を形成
した下部ケース(3a)内に設置してケース蓋(3b)
で収納閉鎖してなる電動シリンダ。
