In the case of an electric vehicle,
In a parking lot, there may be a case where only parking is performed and a case where charging is performed during parking. In any case, it is desired that the parking fee or the parking fee and the charging fee can be reliably collected from the user. However, in the case of any of the above-described prior arts, the charging fee indicates the amount of money obtained based on the calculation of the required charging time and the fee calculation, and the charging is started based on the input of the displayed fee. is there. That is, the parking fee and the charging fee are collected on a prepaid basis.
Therefore, if the required money is not possessed at the time of parking start, parking and charging can be performed even if the required money can be made by shopping or the like until parking and returning to the parking lot. The inconvenience of not being able to do so occurs. In order to solve this problem, it is only necessary to adopt a charge advance / charge postpaid system which enables the payment of a fee after parking and charging are completed, that is, after completing the business and leaving the parking lot. In this case, the collation management between the user and the payer is complicated, and there is a possibility that the user will not leave the parking lot without paying the charging fee, and the collection of the fee is lacking. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-123488 does not disclose any specific method for reliably realizing charge collection.

If the connection detecting section 9 does not output the connection detection signal even when the charge amount is received by money or a card, the indicator light 16 installed on the upper surface of the housing 2 is lit, for example, in blue. Because it does not, it is known that it will not be charged. Alternatively, when the charge command signal and the connection detection signal satisfy the condition of exclusive OR, for example, the indicator lamp 1
6 may blink, or an alarm may sound, to notify a poor connection or no connection of the connecting portion. In this case, if the connection is not separated from the vehicle battery after the charging is completed, the connection detection signal is still input even if the charge command signal disappears. Is satisfied, the disconnection of the connection part can be prompted by the blinking of the indicator light or the sounding of the alarm. This can prevent the risk of forgetting to disconnect the cable, for example, when the connection of the cable to the automobile is possible at the cable connection portion provided on the side of the vehicle body without opening the trunk or the like. It has advantages and is effective for ensuring safety. When the process proceeds to the step of calculating and displaying the charge rate, if the money remaining or the remaining amount of the card is insufficient and the payment cannot be completed, the user presses the cancel button 17 and jumps to the step of prompting separation to prompt separation. As in the case after charging is completed, when the connection detecting unit 9 detects separation, the process returns to the initial step and waits for the next use.
