SOLUTION: An elephant chamber 3 is provided, like a protruded object, on a side wall of a tank 1 where a transformer main body is housed, with the elephant chamber 3 communicating with the tank 1. To the tank 1, a conservator 8 for the main body and a pressure release device 9 for the main body are attached, and a pressure release piping 12 is connected to it.
