Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall down switch in which a contact point is not closed even if an object abuts with a sliding body after a device main body has fallen down by providing a free rotatable pendulum rotating according to front or back falling down of the device main body between a movable plate and the sliding body. SOLUTION: When a bottom face of a main body 8 is released from a setting face 10, reaction force bending a movable plate 4 is eliminated, the movable plate 4 restores a pendulum body 11 and a sliding body 9 to their original positions by means of restoring farce due to the spring property, both contact points 21 and 22 of the fall down switch are opened, and the operation of the device main body 8 stops. During front on back falling down, the movable plate 4 releases pressure by means of the spring, opens both contact points 21 and 22 of the fall down switch, and restores the pendulum body 11 and the sliding body 9 to the original position. The pendulum body 11 rotates at a center of a support point, whereby even if the sliding body is pressed while the pendulum body 11 falls down, whereby the movable plate 4 is not pushed up, and the opening state of both contact points 21 and 22 can be maintained.

[0004] The state of the overturn switch in a normal state in which the bottom surface of the device main body 8 is placed on the installation surface 10 is as shown in FIG.
The lower end of the sliding member 9 moves to the bottom surface of the device main body 8 by the reaction force of the own weight of the device main body 8 so that the upper end of the sliding member 9 pushes up the free end of the movable plate 4 and the movable plate 4 bends. The two contacts 21 and 22 come into contact with each other, and the overturn switch is closed. In this state, when the energizing switch for turning on / off the energization of the heater or the like is turned on, the energization of the heater or the like is performed and the normal operation is performed.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a tilt switch according to the present invention comprises a first contact of a movable plate provided on a lower surface of a support substrate, and a second contact which faces the first contact. A fixed plate provided with a contact point and a vertically slidable sliding body protruding from the bottom surface of the device main body. In the first state in which the device main body is installed on the installation surface, the sliding body is moved by its own weight in the first state. To short-circuit the first and second contacts, and in the second state in which the device body falls down before or after the installation surface, the sliding body releases the pressing by the spring property of the movable plate, In a tipping switch for opening between the first and second contacts, a rotatable pendulum body is provided between the movable plate and the sliding body, the rotatable pendulum body rotating in accordance with the tipping of the device body back and forth. In the state of, the sliding body causes the pendulum body to move by its own weight. Pressure, the pendulum member presses the movable plate to short-circuit the first and second contacts, the second
In the state of the above, the pendulum body and the sliding body release the pressing due to the spring property of the movable plate, open the first and second contacts, and press the sliding body while falling down before or after. In this case, the first and second contacts are opened.

Therefore, in the above configuration, in a normal state, the lower end of the sliding body is pushed upward by the installation surface, the upper end pushes the lower end of the pendulum body upward, and the upper end pushes the free end of the movable plate. The flexure closes the first and second contacts of the tipping switch. When the front or rear falls, the bent movable plate releases the pressing force due to the spring property, and the first and second contacts of the falling switch are opened, and the pendulum body and the sliding body are returned to their original positions. Return to When the pendulum body rotates about the fulcrum, the movable plate cannot be pushed up because the pendulum body falls down even if the sliding body is pressed while falling down. The open state can be maintained.

When the bottom surface of the main body 8 separates from the installation surface 10 due to the inclination, fall, or carrying of the equipment main body 8, the reaction force that deflects the movable plate 4 disappears, and the movable plate 4 becomes springy. The pendulum body 11 and the sliding body 9 are returned to their original positions by the restoring force by the above, the state shown by the solid line in FIG. 3 is reached, the two contacts 21 and 22 of the overturn switch are opened, and the operation of the device body 8 is stopped. Stop. Further, the movable plate 4 which has been bent at the time of the fall before or after the release is released by the spring property, and the contact points 21 and 22 of the fall switch are opened, so that the pendulum body 11 and the sliding body 9 are moved. And the pendulum body 11 is rotated about the fulcrum, so that the movable plate 4 cannot be pushed up due to the pendulum body 11 falling down even if the sliding body 9 is pressed while falling down. When the bottom of the main body 8 separates from the installation surface 10 due to the inclination, fall, or carrying of the equipment main body 8, the reaction force that caused the movable plate 4 to bend is lost, and the movable plate 4 becomes springy. 6 returns the pendulum body 11A and the sliding body 9 to their original positions. The state shown by the solid line in FIG. 6 is reached, the two contacts 21 and 22 of the overturn switch are opened, and the operation of the apparatus body 8 is stopped. I do. Further, the movable plate 4 which has been bent when falling in any direction releases the pressing force due to the spring property, and the contact points 21 and 22 of the falling switch are opened, so that the pendulum body 11A and the sliding body 9 To the position. Since the pendulum body 11A rotates about the hemispherical fulcrum, the movable plate 4 cannot be pushed up because the pendulum body 11A has fallen, even if the sliding body 9 is pressed while it is overturned. 1. A first contact of a movable plate provided on a lower surface of a support substrate, a fixed plate provided with a second contact opposed to the first contact, and a vertical contact protruding from a bottom surface of the device body. A sliding body that is slidable, and in a first state in which the equipment body is installed on the installation surface, the sliding body presses the movable plate by its own weight to short-circuit the first and second contacts, and In a second state, in which the slide body is tilted before or after the installation surface, the sliding body releases the pressing force due to the spring property of the movable plate to open the first and second contacts. A rotatable pendulum body is provided between the movable plate and the sliding body, the rotatable pendulum body rotating in accordance with the fall of the device body. In the first state, the sliding body presses the pendulum body by its own weight, and the pendulum body is Pressing the movable plate to connect the first and second contacts In the second state, the pendulum body and the sliding body release the pressing by the spring property of the movable plate, open the first and second contact points, and keep the front and rear overturned. An overturning switch characterized in that the first and second contacts are opened even when the sliding body is pressed.
