[0008] Generally, the electric carrier has a state in which the switching operation member of the driving operation unit is held by both hands, that is, a part near the base end of the switching operation member by one hand and the other hand. It is operated with the part near the free end. When the forward operation is performed by pushing the free end side of the switching operation member forward with the other hand, the switching operation member rotates forward with respect to the steering operation member, which is detected by the operation detection means, and travels. The electric motor is rotated in the forward direction by the direction control means, and the carrier moves forward. Conversely, when the reverse operation of pulling the free end of the switching operation member backward with the other hand is performed, the switching operation member rotates rearward with respect to the steering operation member, and this is detected by the operation detection means. Then, the electric motor is rotated in the reverse direction by the traveling direction control means, and the carrier moves backward. When the carrier is moving forward and the switching operation member is pushed forward with the other hand, and the base end side of the switching operation member is pushed forward or pulled back with one hand, The steering operation member pivots forward and backward, and the steering pivot shaft pivots to perform steering. In addition, in a state where the carrier is moving backward, the switching operation member is pulled rearward with the other hand, and the base end side of the switching operation member is pushed forward or pulled back with one hand. Then
The steering operation member rotates back and forth, and the steering turning shaft turns to perform steering. Since one hand has a portion near the base end of the switching operation member, the force for pushing and pulling this hand back and forth acts on a portion near the free end of the steering operation member. Therefore, a large moment about the turning axis acts on the steering operation member, and steering is easily performed.
Further, since the force for pushing and pulling one hand acts on a portion near the base end of the switching operation member, a large moment for rotating the switching operation member with respect to the steering operation member does not act on the switching operation member. . Therefore, even if one hand is pushed or pulled, the position of the switching operation member with respect to the steering operation member does not change, and the steering operation can be performed while the switching operation member is held in the forward operation state or the reverse operation state. it can.

As described above, according to the electric transport vehicle of the present invention, the electric transport vehicle can be run only by pushing and pulling the operation unit. Therefore, there is no need for a conventional switch operation, and driving is easy. In addition, when the operation unit is pushed forward, the vehicle moves forward, and when the operation unit is pulled backward, the vehicle moves backward. Since the operation direction of the operation unit matches the traveling direction of the electric transport vehicle, there is little possibility of erroneous operation and the vehicle is safe.

[0010] Further, it is only necessary to provide an operation section on the steering turning shaft of the transport vehicle, and the vehicle body can be shared with a hand-held transport vehicle without assistance by an electric motor.

Further, in the operation section, the switching operation member is attached to a free end of the steering operation member fixed to the steering rotation shaft and extending to one side in the left-right direction, and extends to the steering rotation shaft side. Therefore, the left and right width of the operation unit can be made small and compact, and the left and right width of the operation unit can be made smaller than the vehicle body width so that the operation unit does not protrude outward in the left and right direction from the vehicle body. .

Since the right hand is far away from the pin (21) to the right and close to the pivot (8), when the right hand pushes and pulls the right part of the bar (20) forward and backward, the pin (21) is pulled out. Although the moment for rotating the switching operation member (14) back and forth relative to the steering operation member (13) is large, the steering operation member (13) and the switching operation member are centered on the pivot (8). The moment for rotating (14) back and forth is small. For this reason, the bar (20) with your right hand
When the right side portion of the is pushed forward, the steering operating member (13) hardly rotates, but the switching operating member (14) rotates to the front end position with respect to the steering operating member (13), and the first LS (24) is activated. Thereby, the a contact (24) of the first LS (24)
a) is closed, the first MS (28) is energized, its a contact (28a) is closed, and its b contact (28b) is open. At this time, the second LS (25) is inactive and its a-contact (25a) is open, so the second MS (2)

Current flows through the contacts (29b), which causes the motor (1
1) rotates in the forward direction, the rear wheel (10) rotates in the forward direction, and the transport vehicle (1) moves forward. Conversely, when the right hand of the bar (20) is pulled backward by the right hand, the steering operating member (13) hardly rotates, but the switching operating member (14) is turned by the steering operating member (1).
It rotates to the rear end position with respect to 3), and the second LS (25) is activated. As a result, the a contact (25a) of the second LS (25) is closed, the second MS (29) is energized, the a contact (29a) is closed, and the b contact (29b) is open. State. At this time, since the first LS (24) is in a non-operation state and its a contact (24a) is in an open state, the first MS (28) is in a non-energized state and its a contact (28a) is in an open state. b contact (29b)

Since the left hand is far away to the left from the pivot (8) and located near the pin (21), when the left hand pushes and pulls the left portion of the bar (20) forward and backward, the pivot (8) Although the moment for rotating the steering operation member (13) and the switching operation member (14) back and forth around is large, the switching operation member with respect to the steering operation member (13) around the pin (21) is large. The moment for rotating (14) back and forth is small. For this reason, the bar (20) with your right hand
Pushing and pulling the left part of the bar (20) forward and backward with your left hand while pushing the right part of the switch forward, the switching operating member (14) hardly rotates with respect to the steering operating member (13), The operating member (13) and the switching operating member (14) are integrally formed and rotate back and forth about the turning shaft (8). Thus, while holding the switching operation member (14) at the front end position and moving the transport vehicle forward, the turning shaft (8) is turned left and right, and the transport vehicle is steered. Then, by pulling the left part of the bar (20) forward and backward with the left hand while pulling the right part of the bar (20) backward with the right hand, similarly, the switching operation member (14)
Is held at the rear end position, and the carrier is steered while moving the carrier backward.

In the above embodiment, the rear wheel (10) is connected to the electric motor (11).
The rear wheel (10) is always driven by the motor (11) so that the transport vehicle (1) runs. However, between the motor (11) and the rear wheel (10), It is also possible to provide a clutch device that is connected only when the electric motor (11) is rotating, so that the transport vehicle can be manually driven when the load is light and light. In this case, the neutral position holding force by the spring (17) is set to be larger than the force required for running the transport vehicle at light load. Then, even when the bar (20) is pushed and pulled back and forth at a light load, the switching operation member (14) remains held at the neutral position, and the carrier can be driven manually. When the load becomes heavy, the vehicle cannot travel with a force smaller than the neutral position holding force, and by pushing and pulling the right side of the bar (20) back and forth with a force larger than the neutral position holding force, As described above, the electric motor (11) rotates, and the carrier is driven.
