Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize excellent adhesion and the prevention of the generation of warpage by a method wherein a film made of a specified wt.% of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and an polyethylene-based resin is pasted to at least one side of a base material and further a tissue paper is pasted to the film on the one side. SOLUTION: A film made of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and an polyethylene-based resin (henceforth expressed as synthetic resin film) 4 is pasted onto both sides of the plate-like base material 3 of a plywood or the like. In addition, tissue paper 5 is pasted onto the synthetic resin film 4 on the one side of the base material, while decorative paper 5' is pasted onto the synthetic resin film 4 on the other side of the base material. The synthetic resin film 4 is composed of 100-30:0-70wt.%, prefer preferably 90-40; 10-60wt.% of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the polyethylene-based resin. For the bondings between the synthetic resin film 4 and the plate-like base material 3 and between the synthetic resin film 4 and the tissue paper 5, an adhesive such as vinyl acetate-based one or the like is preferably employed.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to prevent warpage of plywood, particle board and medium density fiberboard (hereinafter referred to as MDF), a paint such as a vinyl acetate resin emulsion is applied to both surfaces thereof, or a composite sheet of polyethylene film and paper. Alternatively, a composite sheet of aluminum foil and paper has been attached. However, in order to block the humidity by applying the coating material to the plate-like body, it was necessary to increase the amount of coating. However, the coating surface may be cracked by drying, and is not suitable for blocking the humidity. there were. In addition, since a polyethylene film alone has poor adhesiveness, a composite sheet of a polyethylene film and a paper is stuck. In this case, however, the adhesion between the synthetic resin film and the paper tends to peel off due to the penetration of humidity. There was a point. Moreover, although the composite sheet of aluminum foil and paper is stuck, the wooden sheet is excellent in preventing warpage, but when the edge of the wooden sheet is chamfered, the aluminum foil is applied to the edge. When the adhesive or the paint is applied, the brush or the like may be cut off by the aluminum foil, resulting in a problem that the workability is poor.

That is, the present invention comprises a film made of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and polyethylene adhered to at least one surface of a plate-like substrate, and a thin paper adhered to a film on one surface. And, because the film is excellent in adhesiveness, it does not peel off even when used for a long time,
Since humidity does not penetrate, generation of warpage can be prevented. In addition, the sticking of the wood-based plate-like body with the warpage prevented on both surfaces of the core material or the frame material forming the flash panel prevents the warpage of the flash panel.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. First, FIG. 1 is a side view of a wood-based plate-like body 1 of the present invention in which warp is prevented.
A film (hereinafter referred to as a synthetic resin film) 4 made of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin and a polyethylene resin is adhered to both surfaces of a plate-shaped base material 3 made of a particle board, MDF, and cardboard, and on one surface of the synthetic resin film And a decorative paper is adhered on the synthetic resin film on the other side. Although the synthetic resin film may be stuck to only one surface of the wood-based plate,
From the viewpoint of the balance between the front and back sides of the wooden plate-like body, it is preferable that a film of the same material and the same thickness is adhered to both surfaces, and thin paper of the same material and the same thickness is further adhered thereon.

The polyethylene resin constituting the film includes high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, polyethylene modified with acid anhydride, ethylene-α-
Olefin copolymers and the like can be mentioned. As the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, those having a vinyl acetate content of 5 to 40% by weight, preferably 10 to 30% by weight are suitably used. When the vinyl acetate content is less than 5% by weight, the adhesiveness is poor, and when it exceeds 40% by weight, the workability deteriorates, which is not preferable.

The synthetic resin film is composed of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and a polyethylene resin at 100 to 30: 0.
70 to 40% by weight, preferably 90 to 40% by weight. It is preferable that a polyethylene-based resin is mixed because it is easy to handle when forming a film or when attaching a synthetic resin film. When the proportion of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is less than 30% by weight, the adhesiveness becomes weak, so that a pretreatment such as a corona treatment is previously required on the film surface, which is not preferable in terms of workability and cost.

Next, thin paper is stuck on the synthetic resin film 4. In bonding the synthetic resin film to the wood-based plate and bonding the synthetic resin film to the thin paper, it is preferable to use an adhesive such as vinyl acetate. As the thin paper, a paper of 20 to 35 g / m 2 is used, and the thin paper to be stuck on the front side of the wooden plate or the flash panel has a wood grain pattern by various printings.
A decorative paper on which a stone pattern, an abstract pattern, or the like is appropriately applied is used.

Before the film was cooled, thin paper of 30 g / m 2 was pressed against both sides and adhered to obtain a laminated sheet of polyethylene and thin paper. The sheet was adhered to the MDF in the same manner as in Example 1 using a vinyl acetate adhesive, and a warp test was performed in the same manner as in Example 1. First, the thin paper outside the polyethylene film in contact with the humidity of 70% peels off, and the thin paper on the bonding surface between the film and the plate-like substrate progresses from the periphery of the sheet. Peeling was observed in 50%.

As described above, the wood-based plate of the present invention in which warpage is prevented or the flash panel using the wood-based plate are excellent in moisture permeability prevention and adhesiveness. The plate-like substrate and the multilayer film do not peel off due to moisture absorption under an atmosphere in which a severe change in humidity occurs, and swelling does not occur.
