【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】床枠組と床面材からなる床パネルの側縁部
に、壁枠組と壁面材からなる壁パネルを立設して構成さ
れる建物ユニットにおいて、上記壁パネルの壁枠組に下
方に突出した突出部を設け、この突出部を上記床パネル
の床枠組の内面に位置させて釘で接合したことを特徴と
する建物ユニット。
