Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick a film being a laminate of a color film, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a transparent film to the curved surface of a window glass without wrinkling the film by making cuts in the area of the film coinciding with the margin of the glass and in the area of the film coinciding with the external margin spaced from the former by a specified distance and sticking the treated film to the glass. SOLUTION: This invention provides a color film used for sun shade or blinding and stuck to the inside of an automobile rear window glass and a method for sticking the same thereto. In the margin 4 of an adhesive color film 1 prepared by adhering a color film 1 to a transparent film 2 through a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and stuck to a window glass and in the external margin 5 spaced from the margin 4 by a specified distance (about 1cm or above), cuts of a size calculated by making allowances for the shrinkage of the color film occurring upon heat molding on the curved surface of the glass are made with a computerized cutterl. The colored face of this film is temporarily and closely fixed on the outside surface of the glass and heat-molded to make a molded film. After the color film is released from the transparent film, it is stuck to the inside of the glass, and the part outside the cuts of the margin 4 is cut off. In this way, the color film can easily be stuck to the curved surface.

[0007] The film is laminated on the following film or resin in order from the upper surface to form a single multilayer film as a whole. The transparent film 2 used on the uppermost surface of this film is a release film A made of a biaxially stretched polyester film, and the thickness of the film is 35 μm to 50 μm.
Use a range of μ. Then, a heat-resistant silicone-based release agent layer A 'is formed on the release film A. Therefore, when the release film A is pulled upward and peeled off, the release film A can be peeled upward together with the release agent layer A '. It is necessary to use a heat-resistant release agent used here.

Next, an adhesive layer B is provided on the lower surface of the release agent layer A '.
It is preferable to use a film made of a heat-resistant acrylic resin as the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B. Moreover, a suitable cushioning property can be obtained by setting the thickness to about 15 μm to 25 μm in order to impart cushioning property when pasted. Next, a pigment coating layer C is provided under the adhesive layer B, and the coloring pigment of the pigment coating layer C contains ultrafine particles such as indium, antimony, and ceramics to form the entire multilayer film. The thermal conductivity can be improved, and the moldability can be improved.

Therefore, the outer edge 5 of the colored film of the adhesive colored film 3 is made to be larger than the outline 4 of the window glass by about 1 cm or more over the entire area to make a cut.
Of course, the width can be appropriately changed depending on the degree of shrinkage wrinkles generated by heat molding. That is, the shrinkage due to the heat forming for applying the same curvature as the window glass to the entirety of the adhesive coloring film 3 by applying the adhesive coloring film 3 to the outer window glass and applying the same to the window glass is taken into consideration. The cut of No. 4 also serves to prevent wrinkles generated around the colored film 1 due to shrinkage in the above-mentioned extra plane of about 1 cm or more.

In FIG. 1, a cut 5 indicated by a two-dot chain line is the outer edge contour 5 of the colored film 1, and a cut line 4 indicated by a two-dot chain line inside the colored film 1 is a window showing a line that matches the contour of the window glass. Glass contour 4. Here, the window glass outline 4 is an outline in consideration of the amount of shrinkage during the heat molding on the curved surface of the window glass. Therefore, the outer edge contour 5 of the colored film 1 affixed on the transparent film 2 and the window glass contour 4 inside the colored film 1 are controlled by a computer to make cuts on both the contours 4, 5 using a computer. Thus, the colored film 1 outside the outer edge contour 5 is cut off with the cut of the outer edge contour 5 as a boundary, and the colored film 1 is transparent with the window glass outline 4 formed inside. The colored film for bonding 3 is formed in a state of being adhered on the film 2. Therefore, moisture is applied to the outside of the window glass which has been wiped clean by spraying or the like, so that the adhesive coloring film 3 is brought into close contact with the glass.
In this case, the surface of the colored film 1 is set as the outer surface of the window glass, the window glass outline 4 of the adhesive colored film 3 is correctly aligned and positioned in the window frame of the window glass, and is adhered with an adhesive tape or a suction cup. Temporarily fix.

In this state, for example, a hot air of about 300 ° C. is applied to the adhesive coloring film 3 to carry out heat molding, so that the entirety of the adhesive coloring film is given an outer shape matching the curved surface of the window glass. In this case, the outer edge portion of the colored film 1 shrinks due to heat to generate a large number of wrinkles. These wrinkles are formed by the outline 4 of the window glass indicated by the two-dot chain line of the colored film 1 shown in FIG. 5 are generated intensively in a portion having a width of about 1 cm or more, so that those wrinkles do not occur inside the window glass contour 4. The interval between the window glass contour 4 and the outer edge contour 5 is determined in consideration of wrinkles that occur, and thus may be 1 cm or more or the following.

In this way, the shape of the adhesive coloring film 3 conforms to the curvature of the outer surface of the window glass, and the whole of the adhesive coloring film 3 formed by heating with the degree of curvature maintained from the outside of the window glass. After the peeling, the transparent film 2 is peeled off, and the colored film 1 having the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a curved surface that is the same as the curved surface of the window glass. Therefore, since the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer becomes the outermost surface, the colored film 1 is transported to the interior of the vehicle as it is, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer facing the outer surface is bonded to the inner surface of the window glass.

Then, the window glass outline 4 of the colored film 1
After completely bonding the entire inner film to the inner surface of the window glass, by removing about 1 cm width from the cut made on the window glass outline 4 to the outer outer edge outline 5, the colored film 1 has wrinkles. It is possible to adhere accurately and completely to the inner surface of glass in a completely absent state.

According to the above-described adhesive colored film and the method for attaching the same according to the present invention, the colored film has a contour of a window glass of a required size and a degree of wrinkles generated by heat molding on the outside thereof. Since a cut is made in advance to each of the widths, for example, the outer edge contour having a width of about 1 cm or more, all wrinkles generated in the colored film at the time of heat molding to form a shape conforming to the curved surface of the glass are windows. The colored film between the window pane contour 4 and the outer edge contour 5 where the wrinkled window pane contour 4 and the outer edge contour 5 will be formed outside the cut of the glass contour 4 even after the colored film is adhered to the inner surface of the window pane. Then, the remaining colored film can be easily adhered to the window glass in a completely wrinkle-free state. Can be.
