以降は、軟質部材のネジ頭への反発力によりタッピンネ
ジと金属部材の摩擦力を得ているため、前述軟質部材の
変形により緩みを生じることとなる。これを防止する手
段として、スラスト方向に弾性を持ったスプリングワッ
シャや厚み方向に鋭利な凹凸を持った刃付きワッシャを
使用、またはネジ部に接着剤を塗布するなどの方法があ

の形成がスムースに出来ずタッピンネジ3が空回りする
場合がある。この時はプラスチック部品2が鉄板1から
浮き上がる可能性があるが、それを防止するために爪7

材の下穴径φdC よりも大きくするのが良い。なお、上
記実施例では、連続ネジ山のタッピンネジを例示した
が、ネジ山がとぎれとぎれになるタッピンネジを用いて
