あっても締付対象物6に引っかけることができない場合
は、締付対象物6に引っかかる空転止め部3を設ける。 (ニ)ねじ4の、ワッシャー1の突起2が噛み合う位置
に、V字型状の窪み5を設ける。 (ホ)ワッシャー1とねじ4を組み合わせ、ねじ4を締
めていけば、ねじは窪み5が無い部分では突起2を押さ
えつけながら締まり、最終的に突起2と窪み5が噛み合
うように締め付ける。 (ヘ)ワッシャー1は、それ自体の形状によるか、若し
くは空転止め部3により締付対象物6に引っかかってお
り、空転しない。 (ト)この状態で使用中は、めくれた突起2を押さえつ
ける力が無いと、ねじ4は回転が出来ず、ワッシャー1
とねじ4の組み合わせは、ゆるみ止め効果を生じる。 (チ)ねじ4を緩める場合、緩める回転方向にねじ4に
一定の力をかければ、ワッシャー1のめくれた突起2
は、弾性により窪み5のV字型状の斜面に沿って押さえ
つけられることで噛み合わせが解かれるため、ねじ4を
緩めることが出来る。 (リ)ワッシャー1に設ける空転止め部3の形状は、締
付対象物6との関係により、ワッシャー1の一部を折り
曲げたり、切り欠き状としたり、爪状の突起としたり、
穴を開ける等種々の形状であって良い。ねじ4は雄ね
じ、雌ねじのいずれであっても良い。突起2と窪み5
は、最低限1カ所が噛み合っていれば、突起2及び窪み
5の数は増減しても問題は無い。突起2と窪み5の数が
一致しなくとも良い。突起2は、ねじ4のおおよその回
転方向に傾斜を設けてあれば良い。その傾斜は、ねじ4
を締める回転方向でも緩める回転方向でも、同様の効果
が得られる。締める方向、緩める方向の両方向に傾斜を
設けても良い。窪み5の形状は、ねじ4を回転させた際
に窪みの斜面で突起2をワッシャー面まで押さえつける
ことが出来れば、円型状であっても、V字型状と円形状
を組み合わせたものであっても良い。本発明にかかるそ
の他の実施例を述べる。 その他の実施例1 ワッシャー1の空転を止める方法として、ワッシャー1
に設ける空転止め部3に代えて、ワッシャー1の締付対
象物6に接する面に、粘着材7を付ける。ワッシャー1
は、ねじ4を締め付けている状態では粘着材7の強い粘
着が得られるため、空転しない。空転止め部3と粘着材
7を併用することも出来る。なお、粘着材7に代えて両
面粘着テープや両面粘着シートをワッシャー1に付けて
も良い。 その他の実施例2 ワッシャー1の空転を止める方法として、ワッシャー1
に設ける空転止め部3に代えて、ワッシャー1の締付対
象物6に接する面に、ゴム8を付ける。ワッシャー1
は、ねじ4を締め付けている状態ではゴム8の強い摩擦
が得られるため、空転しない。空転止め部3とゴム8を
併用することも出来る。
