2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a synthetic resin pallet for storing and transporting luggage includes a double-sided pallet and a single-sided pallet, and the single-sided pallet also has a so-called skid in which legs are provided on the lower surface of a deck board. There is a pallet. FIG. 9 shows an example of a skid pallet.
A leg 2 is provided at each of the four corners of the lower surface, a leg 3 is provided at an intermediate portion thereof, and a leg is provided at the center of the deck board. These synthetic resin skid pallets are widely used because of their excellent corrosion resistance and stain resistance, but have problems in bending strength and impact strength. In addition, when storing and transporting pallets in a stack, they cannot be fitted to each other, which is not only inefficient, but also slippery due to the nature of the synthetic resin, so that the upper pallets are inclined and stacked, or vibration occurs. There is a risk of falling.

In the case of skid pallets made of synthetic resin, there is a danger that not only the pallets but also the loaded luggage may slide down. In particular, when a synthetic resin container is placed, there is a risk of slippage due to slippage between the resins. Moreover, since the skid pallet does not connect the lower ends of the legs, there is a problem that bending strength is generally weak. Further, in some skid pallets, legs are formed in a U-shaped cross section with an open upper surface, and are fitted to each other to be stacked. For example,
The pallet described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 10571 is configured so that a hollow conical projection (leg) can be fitted. However,
Because the pallet has a thick deck board, the fork may strike the end face and damage the deck board when removing the stacked pallets with a forklift, and between the deck board and the deck board. There is a problem that it is difficult to insert.

As is apparent from the above description, in a container in which an arbitrary luggage can be placed on the deck board 11 and a fitting projection is provided on the bottom surface, the projection is fitted into the groove. This prevents slippage and enables stable storage and transportation. When storing and transporting the pallets, the legs 13, 15,
6 and 7 are nested and can be fitted.
As shown in (1), the legs can be sequentially stacked by fitting. Therefore, it can be efficiently stored and transported without taking up space. When the pallets stacked as described above are taken out, a gap is formed between the peripheral edge of the deck board 11 and the lower pallet, so that a forklift forklift can be easily inserted into the gap. Can be taken out.

The skid pallet according to the present invention can be stacked safely by nesting the legs, and the storage and transportation efficiency can be improved. Also, lower the height of the reinforcing ribs on the periphery of the deck board,
Since the reinforcing ribs on the inner side are made higher, the bending strength is high and the fork of the forklift is less likely to collide. Further, since a gap is formed at the peripheral edge of the deck board of the stacked pallets, it is easy to insert a fork, and the pallet can be easily taken out.
