2. Description of the Related Art A crawler used in a construction vehicle or a vehicle for civil engineering works comprises a large number of track plates connected endlessly through links and bushes and pins, and a track having a rubber pad on the tread side. A structure in which a shoe is attached by a bolt is widely used. However, under the present circumstances, sand or small stones enter the bolt holes formed in the rubber pad, and the rubber pad is cracked near the bolt hole, which significantly deteriorates the durability. In addition, even when it is mounted on the track plate, normally four bolts are mounted with nuts on the inner circumference side of the crawler, which is poor in mounting workability, and is particularly present in a bolt located inside the vehicle. Is not easy to tighten. In addition, the bolts may protrude more than necessary on the back side of the shoe plate, and as a result of narrowing the space with the frame on the vehicle side, it becomes easier for sand and sand to get into it and damage the nut. Then, there was a defect that the track shoe could not be removed.

In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, a technique of previously embedding a bolt in a rubber pad of a crawler shoe has been developed. However, although the occurrence of cracks in the rubber pad is reduced, it does not work well with the track plate. Workability for mounting is not improved. As a further improved one, for example, actual Kaihei 6-7
No. 4594, a technique for embedding a nut in a rubber pad of a crawler shoe has been developed. In this crawler shoe, the rubber pad is less likely to be cracked, the wearability to the crawler plate is improved to some extent, and the crawler shoe has superior performance to the conventional one.

The crawler belt shoe of the present invention basically comprises a hook metal fitting on one side of the belt plate and a nut for connection with the crawler plate welded to the other side of the crawler plate. First, the crawler belt shoe is first locked to the edge of the crawler plate with a hook metal fitting, and then the crawler belt shoe is mounted by screwing a bolt from the crawler plate side to a nut. For this reason, the work required for mounting is simply completed by tightening the two bolts, and the shoe plate and crawler shoe of the hook metal fitting are completed.
Locking can be done with a single touch, requiring almost no work time. Moreover, by disposing the hook metal fitting inside the vehicle, the bolt tightening can be performed only on the outside of the vehicle, so that the workability required for mounting is significantly shortened and the mounting workability is improved.

It should be noted that conventionally, a glosser in the shoe plate 11 is used.
The intervals A and B between 11 1 and 11 1 are not designed to have the same size. Therefore, it is usual that the crawler belt shoe to be mounted is also formed with the belt plate 1 in conformity with the distances A and B. However, by doing so, the crawler belt shoe is directional. It is the current situation.

Due to the above construction, the track plate 11
Depending on the case, there is a space S between the track and the band plate 1 of the crawler shoe, but since the members (crawler plate 11 and band plate 1) forming this space are all made of metal, even if foreign matter enters there, It has no effect on the rubber pad 5. In this case, it is necessary that both the belt-shaped plate 1 and the crawler plate 11 are fitted in direct contact with both of the grousers 10 and 11 1 as shown in the drawing.

A durability test of the shoe shoe shown in FIG. 9 was conducted. In this test, the shoe shoe used was for 6 tons, the width of the rubber pad 5 was 450 mm, and the strip 11
Has a width of 430 mm, so that 10 mm of rubber is present at the width end of the strip 11. On the other hand, as a comparative example, a crawler shoe was used in which the width of the strip 11 was also 450 mm and rubber was not present at the width end of the strip 11. As a result of the continuous running test, durability was maintained for 50 hours or more of continuous running in the crawler shoe of the present invention, whereas peeling of rubber occurred in 5 hours in the comparative example. From this, it was found that it is desirable that rubber of 10 mm or more exists at the width end of the strip.

FIG. 13 is a sectional view showing still another example of the crawler shoe of the present invention. As you can see from this example,
This is an example in which the strip 1 does not reach the front and rear in the longitudinal direction.
And, preferably, the front and rear ends 1 2 and 1 3 of the strip 1 are the track 1
Grosser 1 1 is shorter than the height of 1 1
It is desired that the front and rear ends 1 2 and 1 3 of the strip 1 do not project more than the ser 11 1 . If the front and rear end 1 2, 1 3 of the strip 1 is glow - If protrudes from Sa -11 1, since this tip cracking destruction of rubber pad 5 would easily occur. Furthermore, the thickness of the rubber pads 5 at the front and rear ends of the crawler shoe as a whole is increased by the amount of the band plate, so that the rubber pad 5 is crushed when the crawler shoe is run on a stone or the like when the crawler shoe is running. There is also an effect that it is improved by increasing the thickness.
