Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulating properties to the outside air temperature around a pipe, so as to prevent dew from being generated on the surface of the pipe, by providing a metallic bellows pipe made of copper or stainless on the inner side, and providing a soft resin-made film formed of a plurality of layers coated on the outer peripheral surface of the bellows pipe through a process of providing air layers extending in the pipe axial direction. SOLUTION: The outer surface of a stainless-made bellows pipe 1 is covered with an intermediate film 2 made of polyvinyl chloride. The outer surface of the intermediate film 2 is covered with an outer layer film 3 made of polyvinyl chloride. The inner peripheral surface of the outer layer film 3 is formed into an irregular surface by providing many recessed grooves 4 extending in the pipe axial direction. The recessed grooves 4 are provided on the whole inner peripheral surface. 皮膜の外周面に更に管軸方向に沿って延びる複数条の空
気層を設けて合成樹脂製の皮膜を設けることが出来る。

の間の空気層8と、中間皮膜5の外周面に設けた凹条溝
6と外層皮膜7との間の空気層10とによってステンレ
ス蛇腹管1内を通る流体の断熱保温作用を行う。

通る流体の断熱保温作用を行う。この場合蛇腹管外面の
蛇腹凹部8は中間皮膜の凹条溝13で軸線方向に連通し
た空気層15となるので、例えば金属製蛇腹管に気密漏
れが生じても、蛇腹管の端部側へ上記の漏れた流体が流
れ出るので、蛇腹管の漏れを外部で検出することが出来
る。
