2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a liquid such as a cleaning liquid or a processing liquid, a granular material having a specific gravity equal to or higher than that, and an object to be processed are housed in an oscillating tank which can be oscillated, and the oscillating tank is almost A method is known in which the liquid, the granular material, and the object to be processed are made to flow in a figure 8 shape by rocking at a constant speed to finish the surface. According to this, even if a large amount of granular material is mixed in the liquid, the liquid and the granular material largely flow with complicated behavior due to the rocking of the rocking tank, and a large amount of granular material come close to each other and Since the fluid flows in a disturbed state, the granular material and the liquid frequently contact and collide with the object to be processed arranged therein, and the object to be processed can be efficiently surface-finished.

However, it takes a lot of time to store and take out the object to be processed in the rocking tank, and in particular, the rocking tank contains a large amount of granular materials. Therefore, it takes a lot of time and effort to take out the object to be processed embedded in the granular body from the rocking tank after the treatment.
There was a problem that the work efficiency was poor, and therefore there was a problem that automation was not possible.

The object 3 to be processed is caused by rocking the rocking tank 1 for a required time.
When the surface finishing treatment of 0 is completed, the swing and vibration are stopped, the robot arm 21 is operated, and the gripping means 22 is moved to the outside of the swing tank 1.
Can be collectively taken out from the rocking tank 1. Further, in the case of continuously performing the surface finishing treatment, the holding jig 22 holds the next holding jig 23 and inserts it into the rocking tank 1, and by repeating the above operation, the operation is very efficient. It is possible to perform a surface finishing process on the object 30 to be processed. Further, automation can be realized by using a robot or the like in this way.
