Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish a surface of treated objects in a state in which damage to the treated objects caused by their mutual contact is prevented and to handle the treated objects easily and efficiently. SOLUTION: A fixing part 30 for fixing a plurality of treated objects 40 and a handle part 29 which extends upward from a fixing part 31 are provided. Besides, a treated object holding means 26 is provided whose center of gravity is situated in the vicinity of its lower end part in a state where a plurality of treated objects 40. The treated object holding means 26 is inserted into an oscillating tank 1, which oscillates with treating material 41, 42 accommodated therein. With this, the surface of the treated object 40 is finished by using a flow of the treating materials 41, 42, which accompanies the oscillation of the oscillating tank 1, with the treated object holding means 26 fixed to the bottom of the oscillating tank 1. In addition, by puling up the handle 29, the treated objects 40 can be taken out easily and collectively.

2. Description of the Related Art The present applicant previously stored a liquid such as a cleaning liquid or a processing liquid, a granular material having a specific gravity equal to or higher than the liquid, and an object to be processed in an oscillating tank which can be oscillated. A method is proposed in which the liquid, the granular material, and the object to be processed are made to flow in a figure eight shape by rocking the moving tank at a substantially constant speed to finish the surface. According to this, even if a large amount of granular material is mixed in the liquid, the liquid and the granular material largely flow with complicated behavior due to the rocking of the rocking tank, and a large amount of granular material come close to each other and Since the fluid flows in a disturbed state, the granular material and the liquid frequently contact and collide with the object to be processed arranged therein, and the object to be processed can be efficiently surface-finished.

By the way, in order to apply such a surface finishing treatment method to deburring, for example, a pressed product of a plate material having a coating layer or a coating layer, such an object to be treated is placed in a rocking tank. However, there is a problem in that, when the container is housed and the finishing process is performed, the objects to be processed may come into contact with or collide with each other as the rocking tank rocks, and the coating layer and the coating layer may be damaged.

Further, when a large number of objects to be processed are stored in the rocking tank and a surface finishing process is performed, a large amount of particles are contained after the processing, so that the objects to be processed embedded in the particles are removed. It takes a lot of time and effort to take it out from the rocking tank, and there is a problem that work efficiency is poor.

A surface finishing treatment apparatus of the present invention stores a treatment material and an object to be treated in an oscillating tank and oscillates the oscillating tank to finish the surface of the object to be treated. In the surface finish processing apparatus, a fixed portion for fixing a plurality of objects to be processed and a handle portion extending upward from the fixed portion, and the center of gravity is near the lower end portion with the plurality of objects to be processed fixed. The object to be treated is inserted by inserting the object-to-be-processed holding means, which has a plurality of object-to-be-processed holding means and fixed a plurality of objects to be processed, into the processing tank which accommodates the processing material and swings. The object holding means sinks in the processing material while maintaining its posture due to its center of gravity and is placed at the bottom of the rocking tank, and the surface of the object to be processed is finished by the flow of the processing material accompanying the rocking of the rocking tank. After finishing the surface, the oscillating tank is stopped to stop the object holding means. And to enable quick easy collectively processing object by pulling with a hand portion.

During the surface finishing treatment, the rocking tank 1
The opening / closing lid 19 is opened, and the object-to-be-processed holding means 26, to which the object to be processed 40 is fixed, is inserted into the processing tank 1 while the swinging tank 1 is swung by the driving means 8 in a minute range. Then, the inserted object holding means 26 maintains the posture due to the center of gravity along with the rocking of the rocking tank 1, and the treatment liquid 41 and the granular body 42.
And then settled on the inner bottom surface of the rocking tank 1 as shown in FIG. When the object holding means 26 sinks from the opening 18, the opening / closing lid 19 is closed and the locking means 22 closes. Thus, the object holding means 2 is placed in the rocking tank 1.
A large number of objects 40 to be processed can be housed in the rocking tank 1 without inserting them by simply inserting 6. In this state, the object 40 to be processed is installed so that its plate surface is along the swing direction of the swing tank 1.

Next, the rocking tank 1 is rocked back and forth at a substantially constant speed within a predetermined rocking range by the driving means 6. Then, even if a large amount of the granular bodies 42 are stored in the rocking tank 1,
As a result of the rocking, the sliding layers that are opposite to each other are alternately formed at both ends of the rocking, and the granular material 42 and the treatment liquid 41 largely flow in the shape of figure 8 in the rocking plane. An object to be processed 40 in which a processing liquid 41 is fixed to a lower portion in the rocking tank 1.
Therefore, the burr protruding from the smooth surface of the object to be processed 40 is effectively removed without damaging the coating film on the surface of the object to be processed 40.
Further, even if the rocking tank 1 swings in this way, the object to be processed 40 is fixed to the fixing portion 30 of the object to be processed holding means 26, so that the objects to be processed 40, 40 are damaged by contact or collision. There is no risk of sticking.

The object to be processed 4 is caused by rocking the rocking tank 1 for a required time.
When the surface finishing treatment of 0 is completed, the swinging is stopped, the opening / closing lid 19 is opened, and the handle 29 of the workpiece holding means 26 is held and pulled up, so that the plurality of workpieces 40 are swung together. It can be taken out of the tank 1. In that case,
When the rocking tank 1 is rocked in a minute range, the object holding means 26 can be easily pulled up. Further, when the surface finishing treatment is continuously performed, the untreated object 4
By inserting another processing object holding means 26 in which 0 is fixed in advance into the rocking tank 1 and repeating the above operation, the surface finishing processing of the processing object 40 can be performed very efficiently. .

According to the surface finishing apparatus of the present invention,
As described above, the center of gravity is located in the vicinity of the lower end portion with the fixing portion for fixing the plurality of objects to be processed and the handle portion extending upward from the fixing portion, and with the plurality of objects to be processed fixed. Since a plurality of objects to be processed are provided, the plurality of objects to be processed are fixed to the objects to be processed holding means, the processing materials are accommodated, and the processed materials are inserted into the swinging processing tank to hold the objects to be processed. The means can be placed at the bottom of the rocking tank to finish the surface of the object to be processed by the flow of the processing material accompanying the rocking of the rocking tank, and the object to be processed is fixed by the fixed portion. Therefore, there is no risk of scratches coming from contact with each other during the surface finishing treatment. After the surface finishing treatment, the rocking tank is stopped and the handle of the workpiece holding means is pulled up to lift the workpiece. They can be taken out in a batch and easily, so the objects to be processed are scratched by mutual contact. It is possible surface finish without fear attached, it is possible to perform the storage and take-out of the workpiece with respect to the oscillating tank easily and efficiently.
