保持し、また、回転時の遠心力により上部開口から飛散
しようとする潤滑水を返し板により抑制すると共に該返
し板の内周縁から漏出しようとする潤滑水を戻し水路に
よる遠心ポンプ作用によって潤滑水保持室の内側に押し
戻すようにしたので、潤滑水を有効に使用して長時間の
気中運転に耐えられる水潤滑を実現することができる。

プ用軸封装置において、 前記フランジに取り付けられてシートリングとシールリ
ングの外周を取り囲むように起立して潤滑水保持室を形
成する回転筒と、該回転筒の上縁から該回転筒の上部開
口を覆うように突出した返し板と、該返し板の内周縁か
ら外周部に向かって伸びて該回転筒の内側に向けて開口
する戻し水路を設けたことを特徴とする立軸ポンプ用軸
封装置。

持室に戻す戻し水路を設けたことを特徴とする立軸ポン
