【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 柱側蝶番体の側端縁下部に沿って筒状の
下側軸受部が形成され、前記下側軸受部内に軸ピンの下
部が軸心を中心にして回動不能に嵌挿されているととも
に前記軸ピンを支承して嵌挿深度を調整する調節部材が
装着されており、前記軸ピンの上部によって貫通され前
記軸ピンの鍔で支承された合成樹脂製の外装筒が自身の
周壁下端に開放した切欠部によって前記柱側蝶番体の前
記側端縁下部を挟んで上下動可能に前記下側軸受部に外
嵌し、更に、扉側蝶番体の側端縁上部に沿って筒状に形
成された上側軸受部が前記軸ピンの上部に前記軸ピンの
軸心を中心に前記外装筒の上面を座として回動可能に嵌
挿されて構成され、前記調節部材を上下動させることに
より柱側蝶番体に対する扉側蝶番体の高さ位置を調節可
能とした扉用蝶番において;前記外装筒の内周面と前記
下側軸受部の外周面とには互いに係合可能な突起と縦溝
とからなるストッパ機構の何れか一方がそれぞれ設けら
れ、前記外装筒を前記下側軸受部に脱抜不能に外嵌させ
たことを特徴とする扉用蝶番。
1.
