前記軸受外套(24)は、スカート部(28)と、内面のねじ(26)を有する該軸受外套の外套本体(25)と、該内面のねじ(26)と螺合する外面のねじ(33)を有する円筒状の軸受(32)と、該軸受(32)の中に収容される軸(14)を有し、
前記外套本体(25)と前記スカート部(28)に亘る内周に前記ねじ(26)を刻み、前記外套本体(25)には外周面から前記内周面のねじ(26)に到る切込み(27)を設け、
