Description of the Related Art FIG. 4 shows a heating tatami mat conventionally known as a floor heating laying body, and a tatami mat a as a floor material has the following structure. The tatami floor a has a first hollow laminated plate 1 made of a multilayer structure at the bottom thereof, and a heat insulating layer 2 made of bead foam resin on the surface of the first hollow laminated plate 1. A guide groove 4 for laying the hot water pipe 3 is formed in the heat insulating layer 2. The reason why the heat insulating layer 2 is formed of the foamed bead resin in this way is because of the problem of workability. That is, the foaming resin molding method includes a bead foaming molding method and a continuous extrusion foaming molding method. However, when the guide groove 4 is formed on the surface as described above, the bead foam molding method is advantageous. This is because in the case of the bead foam molding method, the guide groove 4 can be integrally molded, but in the continuous extrusion foam molding method, the guide groove 4 must be processed separately.

After the hot water pipe 3 is laid, the second aluminum foil 6 different from the above is further laid on the hot water pipe 3, and the second hollow laminated plate 7 is laminated on the second aluminum foil 6. The tatami mat a is constructed as described above, and the tatami mat 8 is laid on the tatami mat a to provide a floor heating tatami mat. Then, this tatami mat is spread over a floor plate (not shown). In such a floor heating tatami, the heat insulation layer 2 made of foamed resin is the first,
It is sandwiched between the two hollow laminated plates 1 and 7 to maintain a sufficient strength, and the first and second hollow laminated plates 1 and 7 and the heat insulating layer 2 are combined to maintain the cushioning property as a tatami mat.

There is a clicking sound. It was found that this noise was caused by rubbing between the surface of the bead foam resin of the heat insulating layer 2 and the first aluminum foil 5. In other words, the surface of the bead foam resin is quite glossy, but since the surface is so glossy, a sound is generated when it is rubbed against the aluminum foil. In any case, this sound was rather offensive to the ear, and there was a continuous demand for noise reduction, but in the conventional floor heating laying body,
I could not solve this problem. An object of the present invention is to form a heat insulating layer by a bead foam molding method having excellent processability,
An object is to provide a floor heating laying body that does not emit noise.

The floor heating laying body is composed of a groove and an aluminum foil laid on the surface of the heat insulating layer including the guide groove, and a surface material such as a flooring or a tatami mat is laminated on the heat insulating layer. Then, a large number of convex portions are formed on the surface of the heat insulating layer, an aluminum foil is laid on the convex portions, and a surface material is laminated on the aluminum foil. The second invention is characterized in that the convex portion formed on the surface of the heat insulating layer is elongated in a streak shape.
The third invention is characterized in that the convex portion represents a lattice pattern. The floor heating laying body of the present invention can of course be used both for so-called flooring and for tatami mats. Further, a surface material such as a flooring or a tatami mat may be directly laid on the aluminum foil laid on the heat insulating layer, or another member such as a cushion material may be interposed therebetween. In any case, the present invention can be applied to any structure as long as an aluminum foil is laid on a heat insulating layer formed of bead foam resin.

That is, the first hollow laminated plate 1, the heat insulating layer 2 made of bead foam resin, the first and second aluminum foils 5 and 6, and the second hollow laminated plate 7 are laminated in this order. further,
While the hot water pipe 3 is laid in the guide groove 4 formed in the heat insulating layer 2, the tatami mat 8 as the surface material of the present invention is laid on the surface of the second hollow laminated plate 7. The greatest feature of the embodiment of the present invention is that the convex portions 9 are formed on the surface of the heat insulating layer 2. As shown in FIG. 3, the convex portion 9 is elongated in a stripe shape and is made to run in the vertical and horizontal directions on the surface of the heat insulating layer 2 to form a lattice pattern.

い。Since the lattice-shaped convex portions 9 are formed on the surface of the heat insulating layer 2 as described above, when the first aluminum foil 5 is laid on the surface of the heat insulating layer 2, as shown in FIG. Aluminum foil 5
Is raised by the amount of the convex portion 9. Since the first aluminum foil 5 floats above the surface of the heat insulating layer 2 in this way, the contact area between the surface of the heat insulating layer 2 and the first aluminum foil 5 is reduced. If the contact area between the two becomes small, no sound will be produced even if they are rubbed. Also, in the experimental results, no conventional sound was generated. In addition, when the tatami mat for floor heating as described above is used for a long time, the convex portion 9 gradually collapses. However, no matter how long you use it, the convex part does not become completely flat, but it remains a little high. Further, when the height of the protrusion 9 becomes low, the first aluminum foil 5 also comes into close contact with the protrusion 9 as shown in FIG. If the first aluminum foil 5 is brought into close contact with the convex portion 9, the first aluminum foil 5 becomes hard to move this time, so that even if a person walks on the tatami, there is almost no sound.

It is possible to prevent rubbing and completely prevent the generation of sound. In addition, in this embodiment, the convex portions 9 are elongated and the lattice pattern of the convex portions 9 is formed on the surface of the heat insulating layer 2. However, the convex portions 9 are formed only in one direction. You may make it run. Further, many small protrusions 9 may be formed so that the surface of the heat insulating layer 2 becomes uneven.
