Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional structure view of a floor mat provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and is shown in fig. 1.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a floor mat is provided, the floor mat comprising a first zone 10 and a second zone 20. One way of using the floor mat is to lay the first zone 10 in a flat floor area within the passenger compartment. The second zone 20 corresponds to a raised floor area that is disposed in the passenger compartment. The thickness of the second region 20 is less than the thickness of the first region 10.
The mat at least comprises an upper surface layer 30, a middle layer 40 and a lower surface layer 50 which are arranged in a stacking mode along the thickness direction. At least one of the upper surface layer 30, the middle layer 40 and the lower surface layer 50 has a thickness at a position corresponding to the second region 20 smaller than a thickness at a position corresponding to the first region 10.
The embodiment of the utility model provides an in, first district 10 is used for corresponding laying in flat subaerial, can laminate well in flat ground, like the flat ground region in passenger cabin, and second district 20 is used for laying subaerial having figurative such as arch, like the protruding ground region in passenger cabin, forms through second district 20 and buckles, shapes such as arch to the bellied position in laminating ground. The upper surface layer 30, the middle layer 40 and the lower surface layer 50 which are stacked can be connected through bonding, magic tape and other modes, at least one of the upper surface layer 30, the middle layer 40 and the lower surface layer 50 is smaller in thickness corresponding to the position of the second area 20, the whole thickness of the second area 20 can be smaller than that of the first area 10, and the second area 20 can be conveniently bent, protruded and other shapes. Only the intermediate layer 40 is shown as being thinned in thickness in fig. 1, although in some embodiments only the upper 30 or lower 50 layers may be thinned individually. In addition, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 to 4, any two of the upper surface layer 30, the middle layer 40, and the lower surface layer 50 may be thinned, or all three of them may be thinned, and the corresponding arrangement may be performed according to different requirements.
Through the thickness attenuation with second district 20 to reduce the hardness of second district 20, make the feel of second district 20 become soft in first district 10 relatively, thereby second district 20 can form the molding such as buckle, arch more easily, make things convenient for second district 20 to laminate uplift ground more, accord with the molding demand more, reduce unsettled condition, improve user's use and experience. In addition, the integrity of the ground mat can be improved, and gaps are reduced, so that the ground mat is convenient to clean.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the number and the positions of the first area 10 and the second area 20 are not limited in detail, and the ground mat can be set correspondingly according to different requirements, so that the ground mat can be applied to various environments.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the intermediate layer 40 can be thinned in a plurality of ways, and one way that can be realized is that, referring to fig. 1, the side of the intermediate layer 40 facing the lower surface layer 50 has a first groove 60 corresponding to the position of the second area 20, so that the thickness of the intermediate layer 40 corresponding to the position of the second area 20 is smaller than the thickness of the intermediate layer corresponding to the position of the first area 10. Through setting up first recess 60 for the thickness attenuation of the relevant position of intermediate level 40, under this kind of mode of arrangement, when laying, subaerial uplift structure supports lower top layer 50 for the part of lower top layer 50 can enter into the first recess 60 department of intermediate level 40, and lower top layer 50 further laminates with intermediate level 40, and simultaneously, the one side and the upper surface 30 parallel and level setting of upper surface 30 of intermediate level 40 orientation, can not influence the feel of upper surface layer 30.
Another way of thinning the intermediate layer 40 is that the side of the intermediate layer 40 facing the upper layer 30, corresponding to the location of the second zone 20, has a second recess (second recess not shown) so that the thickness of the intermediate layer 40 corresponding to the location of the second zone 20 is smaller than the thickness of the intermediate layer corresponding to the location of the first zone 10. In this arrangement, during the laying process, the raised structure on the ground abuts against the lower surface layer 50, so that part of the upper surface layer 30 can enter the second groove of the middle layer 40, and the upper surface layer 30 and the middle layer 40 are further attached to each other, thereby ensuring that the middle layer 40 and the upper surface layer 30 are arranged in a flush manner, and avoiding affecting the texture of the upper surface layer 30.
It should be noted that, the thinning mode of the middle layer 40 can be realized by selecting one according to different requirements, of course, the two modes can also be realized simultaneously, and the thickness of the middle layer 40 can be changed in multiple modes, so that the floor mat can be more suitable for modeling requirements, and the thickness can be changed according to different modeling requirements.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the intermediate layer 40 may be disposed as one or more layers according to different requirements, in one implementation, along the thickness direction, the intermediate layer 40 includes a plurality of sub-layers disposed in a stacked manner, and the thickness of at least one sub-layer of the plurality of sub-layers corresponding to the position of the second area 20 is smaller than the thickness of the position of the at least one sub-layer corresponding to the first area 10. The sub-layer thinning method can refer to and refer to the above-mentioned thinning method of the middle layer 40, which is not described herein. In the embodiment of the present invention, according to different requirements, each sub-layer can be independently disposed, i.e. each sub-layer can be separately separated, or each sub-layer can be connected to form an integral structure by bonding or other methods to constitute the middle layer 40.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, a thinning of the upper layer 30 is performed by, referring to fig. 2 and 4, providing a third groove 61 on a side of the upper layer 30 facing the middle layer 40 corresponding to the position of the second region 20, so that the thickness of the upper layer 30 corresponding to the position of the second region 20 is smaller than that corresponding to the position of the first region 10. In this arrangement, the thickness of the second region 20 can be reduced and the second region can be made soft, and the outer surface of the upper surface layer 30, i.e., the surface visible from the appearance, is not affected, so that the appearance of the upper surface layer 30 is maintained beautiful. And the outer surface of the upper surface layer 30 is kept flat, the concave-convex feeling of stepping of a user is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, a thinning of the lower surface layer 50 is performed by, referring to fig. 3 and 4, providing a fourth groove 62 on a side of the lower surface layer 50 facing the middle layer 40 corresponding to the position of the second region 20, so that the thickness of the lower surface layer 50 corresponding to the position of the second region 20 is smaller than that corresponding to the position of the first region 10. Under this kind of mode of setting, on can realizing the purpose basis that the thickness attenuation of second district 20, become soft, can not influence the surface of top layer 50 down, the surface of laminating with ground promptly, the roughness of the surface of top layer 50 is down kept, guarantees with ground area of contact, reduces unsettled circumstances, reduces the circumstances that leads to frictional force to descend and ground to take place relative displacement, reduces the potential safety hazard.

The one side in the middle of the surface course 50 dorsad is the surface of surface course 50 down promptly, and the surface sets up anti-skidding structure for frictional force increase between surface course 50 and the ground down reduces to take place relative movement between ground mat and the ground, improves the security. The anti-slip structure may be implemented in various ways, such as by providing a plurality of protrusions, patterns, positioning structures, and locking structures on the outer surface of the lower surface layer 50, so that the outer surface of the lower surface layer 50 becomes a rough surface to increase the friction between the lower surface layer 50 and the ground. Further, the lower surface layer 50 may be made of sintered cloth or rubber material. Accordingly, the non-slip structure includes, but is not limited to, being made by sintering cloth or rubber material.
To further increase the softness of the second zone 20, it is achieved in a way that the intermediate layer 40 has a hollow structure corresponding to the position of the second zone 20. The hollow structure may be a plurality of through holes penetrating the intermediate layer 40 in the thickness direction, or a plurality of through holes penetrating the intermediate layer 40 in the width direction. By increasing the hollow structure, the density of the intermediate layer 40 is reduced, so that the intermediate layer 40 becomes soft, and the shapes such as bending and protrusion can be more easily formed.
To sum up, the embodiment of the utility model provides a technical scheme is through the thickness attenuation with second district 20 to reduce the hardness of second district 20, thereby second district 20 can form the molding such as buckle, arch more easily, makes things convenient for the second district 20 ground of laminating uplift more, accords with the molding demand more.
