であるが、湿気硬化型ウレタン樹脂塗料は硬化に多量の
水分を必要とし、その結果塗装してから塗膜が硬化する
まで長時間を要する。しかし本発明によれば後記するよ
うに湿気硬化型ウレタン樹脂塗料を使用しても塗装直後
