2. Description of the Related Art Dirt adhering to windshields of automobiles includes various types such as pitches on the road, tars, oil components in the air, wax components of automobile waxes, silicone oils and the like. Of these, oily stains are difficult to remove and cause glare and poor visibility when driving on a rainy day. In order to remove the stains on the window glass, a technique of spraying a cleaning agent containing a surfactant as a main component has been conventionally used. However, it is not enough to remove the stubborn oil film, and it is not enough to secure a sufficient field of view during running. Therefore, in order to remove the stubborn oil film, a technique of using an abrasive in combination with a cleaning agent has been performed. For example, JP-A-2-218799 discloses a composition in which an abrasive such as fine silica is added to a surfactant. However, the composition to which the abrasive has been added has a problem that the abrasive is clogged in the hole of the nozzle when the composition is sprayed on the window glass by using a spray.
Therefore, it is necessary to apply the composition directly to the window glass surface, but if the applied composition is dried as it is, the abrasive adheres to the glass surface, which impairs the visibility. To remove such dry abrasive, wash with water or
Or you need to wipe it off with a towel. From this,
Although the composition using the abrasive has a sufficient oil film removing effect,
The workability is not simple. As described above, a composition having good workability and capable of completely removing an oil film has not yet been developed.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION A colloidal solution containing colloidal inorganic particles (hereinafter abbreviated as colloidal solution) means that inorganic particles such as silicic acid, alumina, and cerium oxide are 10 3 to 1 1.
It means that it forms an atomic population of 09 and stably exists in an aqueous solution, and generally, its concentration is 5 to 50% by weight. Such a colloidal solution is easily available, and typical examples thereof include "Snowtex" manufactured by Nissan Chemical Industries, Ltd. and "alumina sol" manufactured by Kawaken Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. Among them, a colloidal solution containing 10 to 20% of silicic acid anhydride is particularly preferable, and this is preferable from the viewpoint of both oil film removability and workability. As rare earth compounds, compounds such as lanthanum and cerium are used, and these can be used as halides, nitrates, hydroxides, oxides and the like. Among them, cerium chloride and cerium acetate are particularly preferable. The cesium compound is its carbonate,
Nitrate, chloride and iodide can be used, and cesium chloride or cesium nitrate is particularly preferable.

As described above, a detergent composition for removing an oil film is manufactured by using a rare earth compound and / or a cesium compound in a colloidal solution. That is, to the composition obtained by adding 100 parts by weight of the colloidal solution with a rare earth compound or a cesium compound, and a mixture of a rare earth compound and a cerium compound in a proportion of 1 to 100 parts by weight, water and, if necessary, an acid, an alcohol or a fragrance. A surfactant composition or the like is added to obtain a detergent composition for removing an oil film. When the amount of the rare earth compound and / or the cesium compound is 1 part by weight or less, it is insufficient to remove the oil film adhering to the glass surface, which is the effect of the present invention, and when it is used over 100 parts by weight, the applied composition adheres to the glass surface. However, it is not preferable because the wiping off becomes bad. The total amount of the colloidal solution and the rare earth and / or cesium compound in the detergent composition is usually used in the range of 0.5 to 80% by weight. In the detergent composition, acetic acid, lactic acid, phosphoric acid, citric acid, malic acid and other acids, ethanol, isopropanol, dipropylene glycol, ethylene glycol and other alcohols, anionic and nonionic compounds may be added as necessary. Surfactants such as can be used.

The compositions 1 to 5 and C1 to C4 for oil film removal obtained in the above Examples and Comparative Examples were used, and the effects were evaluated by the following test methods. <Determination method of oil film removal effect> Commercially available silicone water repellent (made by Nishinodo Co., Ltd.)
An artificial oil film was made by applying Rain X) to a thickness of 10 microns. Compositions 1 to 5 and C1 to C4 for removing an oil film were sprayed onto the artificial oil film, and an excess cleaning agent was lightly wiped off with a towel and dried, and then the oil film removability on the surface of the windshield was evaluated. The results are shown in Table 1. The removal degree was judged by the following criteria by visual judgment. When the oil film removing agent was not used, the surface of the window glass was glared, which caused poor visibility.
