Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form continuous envelopes which can receive even thick contents by pasting pasted bags formed with V-shaped folds which are folded inside of both right and left ends on a continuous sheet. SOLUTION: Three sides of a plurality of pasted bags 4 are sealed along a lengthwise direction of a continuous sheet 1 with numerous feed holes 2 provided along both length wise ends with equal intervals, and the sheet is cut off along perforations 3, 13 to form continuous envelopes 12. At this time, a V-shaped fold 9 folded inward is formed at both side rims of the pasted bag 4, and an outer rim of the fold 9 and a lower end of the bag 4 are folded to provide pasting margins for pasting on a rear face of the continuous sheet 1. Further, two vertically parallel bottom folds 14a, 14b are provided on the continuous sheet 1 and the pasted bag 4 at the lower end of the bag 4. Thus at the time of using the envelope 12, an opening width can be enlarged by the V-shaped fold 9 formed at both sides, while by making the continuous sheet or the bag 4 protrude inward in a V-shape from the lower bottom fold 14b, a bottom can be rectangular.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention is directed to a continuous paper provided with a large number of feed holes at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction on both sides, and a plurality of laminating sheets which are sealed on three sides in the longitudinal direction of the continuous paper. A continuous envelope having a laminated bag and perforations for separating the laminated bag formed on the continuous paper, wherein V-shaped folded portions folded inward are formed on both left and right edges of the laminated bag. Then, the outer edge of the folded portion and the lower edge of the bonding bag are folded back to form a margin of adhesive, and the margin of adhesive is bonded to one surface of the continuous paper to continuously bond the bonding bag. Therefore, if the laminating bag attached to the continuous paper is separated from the perforations, an envelope in which the laminating bag and the continuous paper are laminated is formed, and this envelope is folded inward on both left and right edges. Since the V-shaped folded portion is formed, the opening width of the envelope is wide and thick. It can be accommodated in volume products.

According to the present invention constructed as described above, a tractor (not shown) is hooked on the feed holes 3 formed on both side edges of the continuous paper 1, and the tractor is rotated to continuously connect to a printer (not shown). Then, various information such as customer name and date is printed. In this printing, the laminating bag 4 attached to the continuous paper 1 is fed with the flap 7 serving as the bottom toward the front side in the feeding direction (direction of arrow A in the figure). In this case, when the bonding bag 4 is stuck to the continuous paper 1, the V-shaped folding portions 9 are formed on both sides of the bonding bag 4, but the bottom side of the preceding bonding bag 4 is a flap. Since 7 is simply pasted onto the continuous paper 1 (see FIG. 7), the bottom side of the pasting bag 4 is extremely thin, and when sent out to a printing device (not shown), the bottom of the pasting bag 4 is caught and printing is disturbed. It can be smoothly supplied to the printing device without any fear of causing a trouble. After printing in this manner, the laminating bag 4 is separated from the perforations 3, 13 formed on the continuous paper 1 as shown in FIG. 4, thereby forming the envelope 12 bonded with the continuous paper 1. However, in the state where the envelope 12 is separated from the continuous paper 1 as described above, as shown in FIG. 7, the upper side of the envelope 12 spreads in the width direction by the folding portions 9 on both the left and right edges, but the lower end portion. It becomes V-shaped narrower toward the side. However, since two parallel bottom folding lines 14a and 14b are formed on the front and back sides of the envelope 12 on the lower end side, the continuous paper 1 or the bonding bag 4 (from the bottom folding line 14b on the lower side is formed as shown in FIG. (In FIG. 8, the bonding bag 4 side is shown)
The region from the bottom fold line 14a on the upper side to the lower end edge of the bonding bag 4 is folded at a substantially right angle by bending it so as to bite it inwardly in a V shape, whereby the envelope
The bottom of 12 is the corner bottom. Therefore, the V-shaped folding portions 9 formed on both sides of the envelope 12 (bonding bag 4) allow the envelope to be enveloped.
Since the opening width of 12 can be widened and the bottom of the envelope 12 has a square bottom, it is possible to store thick contents inside the envelope 12, and also to store such thick contents in an envelope. Even if it is put in 12, there is no concern that the glued part 11 will peel off.
