Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable decorative effects to be extracted to the maximum allowable extent by drawing a sand picture with a sandy material obtained by kneading a mixture of a coated particle consisting of a sandy particle falling within a specific range of grain size, the base material whose surface is coated with a light-storing pigment, and a non-coated natural orushed stone particle, with a transparent resin. SOLUTION: A coated particle prepared on one hand is composed of a sandy particle such as a natural crushed stone particle, a thermally foamed particle or an artificial fine particle falling within a specific range of grain size of 50μ-10mm, the base material whose surface is coated with a fluorescent mineral powder, a fluorescent pigment or a light-storing pigment which emit light with a black light. On the other hand, a non-coated natural orushed stone particle and a thermally foamed particle are prepared and a mixture of the coated particle and these prepared particles are mixed and the mixture is kneaded with a transparent resin to obtain a sandy material. Further, a sand picture with colored luminescent parts 2, 3, 4, 6 and a lingering light part 5 is drawn on a plastic board surface 1 with the sandy material. Finally, after applying a top coat 8 to the surface 1, the luminescent sand picture decoration is obtained by emitting the black light to the upper surface of the top coat 8 and the rear surface of the transparent plastic board.

When creating a sand picture, simply using each of the commercially available colors does not bring about its taste, taste, fun and decorative effect. Red, green, and blue fluorescent mineral powders or fluorescent pigments, which are the three primary colors of light, and fluorescent pigments and phosphorescent pigments with a long afterglow time, etc. are coated on the surface of sandy particles, respectively, and natural crushed stone particles and unheated foam particles. It was found that by creating a sand painting using a mixture of and a mixture of large particles and small particles, an attractive work can be obtained.

The method of coating the base of sandy particles such as natural crushed stone particles, heat-expanded particles, and artificial fine particles with fluorescent mineral powder, fluorescent pigment, phosphorescent pigment, etc. is based on the sandy particles whose particle size has been adjusted to a predetermined level. Material and fluorescent mineral powder, fluorescent pigment, or phosphorescent pigment are put in a tumbling mill and a small amount of water and water-based binder, other dispersants, stabilizers and other admixtures are added, and the mixture is kneaded and stirred for 10 to 40 minutes. As a result, the substrate surface of the sandy particles can be completely coated.

Examples of copolymerized products include acrylic / vinyl acetate copolymers, vinylidene chloride / butyl acrylate copolymers, ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymers and the like. The synthetic resin composition is used in an amount of 20 to 150 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the coated particles.
If it is less than 20 parts by weight, the amount of resin is small and it cannot be a sandy material, so that a perfect sand picture cannot be produced.

Luminescent sand picture decoration using both the coated coated particles with a transparent resin kneaded on the surface and the mixture of uncoated natural crushed stone particles and heat-expanded particles. Produce things. In this case, a mixture of uncoated natural crushed stone particles which are sandy particles and heat-expanded particles may be used as it is, but it is more preferable to use a transparent resin kneaded to cover the surface and use it as a sandy material. Is. The ratio of coated coated particles and uncoated sandy particles is not particularly limited, but in order to maximize the taste as a luminous sand picture decoration, coated sandy particles are slightly more than uncoated sandy particles. It is desirable to increase the amount.

A sandy material for a sandy luminous sand picture decoration in which the coated particles E, F, G and H are separately kneaded with a synthetic rubber-modified acrylic copolymer emulsion which is a transparent resin and the surface is covered with a transparent resin. It was made. Coated particles E, F, G, H 1 each
To 100 parts by weight of transparent resin, 120 parts by weight of transparent resin was added and kneaded for 20 minutes in a rolling mill.

The surface of the coated particles E, F, G, and H was covered with a transparent resin by using a sandy material in which the surface was covered with a transparent resin, the uncoated granite ground material used in Example 2 and a silica-alumina balloon. Luminous sand picture decorations were made on the surface of transparent glass using the covered sandy material. It was confirmed that a black light was radiated from the front surface and the back surface, and that it was an excellent decorative article due to the color different from the beautiful daylight color and the afterglow after the irradiation.

As described above, the luminous sand picture decoration according to the present invention uses sand-like particles of various materials and particle diameters, the surface of which is coated with fluorescent mineral powder, fluorescent pigment, phosphorescent pigment, and the like. By creating a sand picture with a sand-like material that was kneaded with a transparent resin and covered the surface, a unique taste, taste, and fun that could not be obtained with conventional sand pictures were obtained.

A mixture of large particles and small particles, which were not found in the conventional sand painting, is mixed and the surface is covered with a resin, and sand-like particles, blue shining coated particles, green shining coated particles, red shining coated particles, and residual particles. By mixing phosphorescent coated particles with a long light time, etc., a unique and unexpected image can be expressed.
By coating these layers repeatedly, various colors can be emitted to further enhance the decorative effect.
