工数がかかっており、また作業環境の問題のあったバフ
掛け作業を省略し、予め接着する部分のプレキュアトレ
ッドゴム中にオックス帆布を埋設して一緒に成型加硫
し、接着時に帆布を引き剥すことにより瞬時に接着に適
した表面が得られる。(2)また、本発明の第2の効果
として、プレキュアトレッド及び台タイヤ接着部ゴムよ
りも硫黄量が1〜5PHR程多い未加硫の接着用クッシ
ョンゴムを両者間に挟んで加硫接着することにより接着
強度を、より向上させ得ることが出来るようになった。
そして、これにより簡便且つ合理的に更生タイヤを製造
