2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, a component storage device of this type in which a circuit component mounted on a printed circuit board is filled in a case is known. An example thereof is shown in FIG. In the figure, a heavy object such as a transformer 4 for generating a high voltage pulse, a lead wire 5 for transmitting a high voltage pulse, and a circuit component 6 such as an IC smaller than the transformer 4 are provided on the same printed circuit board 3, respectively. Mounted to form the circuit block 7,
There is known a storage device in which the circuit block 7 is stored in a case 2 having an opening on one surface, and then a filler 13 is injected from an opening 8 of the case 2 for heat dissipation and moisture prevention. Here, the case 2 is formed in a cylindrical shape having substantially the same vertical width, and a high-voltage pulse is generated at a position close to the surface of the case 2 on the opposite side of the opening 8 (hereinafter, referred to as "anti-opening surface 9"). The transformer 4 of is arranged. This is the opening 8 of the case 2
Since the opening 8 of the case 2 is on the upper side and the anti-opening surface 9 is on the lower side when the filler 13 is injected from the bottom, the transformer 4 which is a heavy object is arranged at the bottom of the case 2 to maintain stability. To do so. In addition, the lead wire 5 for transmitting the high voltage pulse passes near the circuit component 6 such as an IC and the opening 8 is formed.
Is being pulled out more.

However, in the conventional structure in which the transformer 4 is arranged near the non-opening surface 9 of the case 2, the area of the surface of the case 2 on the non-opening surface 9 side is the transformer. It becomes larger by 4 and, along with this, Case 2
There is a problem that the cost increases because the amount of the filler 13 inside increases. Further, since the transformer 4 is for generating high voltage pulses, a lead wire 5 for transmitting high voltage pulses is often mounted in the vicinity of the transformer 4, and therefore, the transformer 4 and the leads which are high voltage lines are mounted on the same printed circuit board 3. When the wire 5 and the circuit component 6 such as an IC are mounted respectively, the lead wire 5 may pass through the vicinity of the IC or the like and cause a malfunction of the IC or the like.

A lead-in lead-in port 30 is formed in the case portion 2c between the opening 8 of the case 2 and the end surface 4a of the transformer 4 on the opening 8 side. In this case, since the lead-in port 30 of the lead wire 5 is formed closer to the opening 8 of the case 2 than the end face 4a of the transformer 4, the lead-in port 30 is filled when the filler 13 is injected. It serves as a guideline for the amount, and it becomes possible to easily visually recognize an excessive amount or insufficient amount of the filler 13 from the outside of the case 2.

The case 2 whose one surface is open has a shape in which the area of the surface opposite to the opening 8 (hereinafter referred to as "anti-opening surface 9") is smaller than the area of the surface on the opening 8 side. Have In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a step-shaped recess 10 is provided on one side surface 2a of the case 2, and the end 9a of the case 2 on the side opposite to the opening surface 9 is recessed inside the case 2. Yes, this reduces the internal volume of the case 2.
In the case where the circuit block 7 is housed in the case 2, a transformer 4 for generating a high voltage pulse is arranged at a position near the opening 8 in the case 2, and a lead for transmitting a high voltage pulse. The wire 5 is drawn out from the opening 8 side. A circuit component 6 such as an IC mounted on the printed circuit board 3 is arranged on the side opposite to the opening surface 9 of the case 2. In this state, a filler 13 is injected from the opening 8 of the case 2 for heat dissipation and moisture prevention. It is supposed to be done.

However, since the step-like recessed portion 10 is provided on the one side surface 2a of the case 2 which is open on one side for housing the circuit block 7, the inner volume of the case 2 becomes small and the filler 13 The filling amount can be made smaller than in the past, and the cost can be reduced. The shape of the case 2 is one side surface 2a of the case 2 as shown in FIGS.
In addition, a smooth taper portion 11 may be formed so as to be gradually recessed inward of the case 2 toward the non-opening surface 9 of the case 2.
Alternatively, the stepped portion 12 as shown in FIGS. 4C and 4D may be formed, and in any case, the filling amount of the filler 13 can be reduced. In addition, on the same printed circuit board 3,
Even when the transformer 4, the lead wire 5, and the circuit component 6 such as an IC are mounted, the lead wire 5 which is a high-voltage line connected to the transformer 4 does not pass in the vicinity of the IC or the like and the opening portion of the case 2 is provided. By pulling out from 8, the malfunction of the IC is less likely to occur, and the reliability of the circuit operation is significantly improved. Moreover, since the transformer 4 is located in the vicinity of the opening 8 of the case 2, heat from the outside of the case 2 can be generated.
It does not adversely affect the internal IC etc. Therefore, for example, even when the case 2 is used by being attached to a device such as a floodlight, the transformer 4 located near the opening 8 of the case 2 shields the radiant heat of the lamp from the floodlight, so that it is located deeper than the transformer 4. The lamp heat does not reach the IC located, and the transformer 4 is used to remove the heat from the lamp.
There is also an advantage that they can be sufficiently protected.

As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, a recess 10 is provided on one side surface 2a of the case 2,
In the structure in which the end 9a of the case 2 on the side opposite to the opening surface 9 is recessed inside the case 2, it is preferable that the fall prevention piece 15 is projected from the end 9a of the recessed side. That is, when the circuit block 7 including the transformer 4 is put in the case 2 and the filler 13 is poured with the opening 8 of the case 2 facing upward,
If the area of the non-opening surface 9 of the case 2 is smaller than the area of the surface on the opening 8 side, the center of gravity P of the case 2 may be biased and the case 2 may fall over. Injecting workability of No. 13 is deteriorated. Therefore, in this embodiment, a fall prevention piece 15 is attached to the case 2 so as to prevent the fall. This fall prevention piece 15 is, for example, as shown in FIG. It is composed of 15a. The horizontal plate member 15a extends on the same plane as the counter-opening surface 9 of the case 2, and the perpendicular line Q is lowered from the center of gravity P when the circuit block 7 is put in the case 2 and the perpendicular line Q is formed. If the crossing position R of the counter opening surface 9 of the case 2 and the same plane exists in the horizontal plate-shaped body 15a, the case 2
The center of gravity P is supported by the horizontal plate 15a, and the case 2 can be prevented from tipping over, so that workability does not deteriorate.

As yet another embodiment of the present invention, FIG.
Further, as shown in FIG. 11, a plurality of fin-shaped fall prevention pieces 15 may be arranged in parallel on one side surface 2a of the case 2, and the fall prevention pieces 15 may also serve as heat radiation fins. Other configurations are similar to those in the case of FIG. As shown in FIG. 11, the fall prevention piece 15 extends from the center side of the one side surface 2 a of the case 2 to the end portion 9 a of the case 2 on the side opposite to the opening surface 9 and the front end surface 15 a of the fall prevention piece 15. Is the anti-opening surface 9 of the case 2
Has a taper shape that is gradually recessed toward the inside of the case 2 toward the bottom, and also has a lower end portion 15b of the fall prevention piece 15.
Are arranged on the same plane as the non-opening surface 9 of the case 2. In this way, the recessed portion 10 is provided on the one side surface 2a of the case 2 so that the end 9a of the case 2 on the side opposite to the opening surface 9 is recessed inside the case 2 and the end 9a of the recessed side falls. By projecting the prevention piece 15, even when the case 2 is placed with the opening 8 facing upward, the lower end portion 15b of the fall prevention piece 15 can prevent the case 2 from falling. Moreover, since the tip-preventing piece 15 is formed in the shape of a plurality of fins, the tip-preventing piece 15 itself can also serve as the heat radiation fin, and the heat-radiating effect can be obtained in addition to the tip-preventing effect of the case 2 without increasing the number of parts. Therefore, there is an advantage that the circuit components 6 and the like in the case 2 can be sufficiently protected from heat.

As described above, according to the invention of claim 1 of the present invention, a transformer for generating a high voltage pulse, a lead wire for transmitting a high voltage pulse, and a smaller size than the transformer are provided on a printed circuit board. In a component storage device in which a circuit block is configured by mounting each of the circuit components and the circuit block is accommodated in a case with one surface opened, and the filler is injected into the case, the case is opposite to the opening. Side surface has a shape smaller than the opening side surface, a transformer for high voltage pulse generation is placed near the opening in the case, and a lead wire for high voltage pulse transmission is provided in the opening. Since the case has a shape in which the surface on the side opposite to the opening is smaller than the surface on the opening side, the inner volume of the case becomes smaller and the filling amount of the filler is smaller. Less than before The cost can be reduced, and even if the transformer and the IC are mounted on the same printed circuit board, the lead wire, which is a high-voltage line connected to the transformer, does not pass near the IC. Since it is pulled out from the opening of the case, malfunction of the IC hardly occurs, and the reliability of circuit operation is significantly improved. Moreover, since the transformer, which is a heat-generating component, is located near the opening of the case, heat from the outside of the case does not adversely affect other components than the transformer inside the case. Even when it is used by mounting it on the transformer, the transformer blocks the radiant heat of the lamp from the projector, so that the lamp heat does not reach other circuit parts in the case, and the transformer is used to sufficiently remove the circuit parts such as IC from the lamp heat. It can be protected.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, a recess is provided on one side surface of the case according to the first aspect, and the end of the case opposite to the opening side is recessed inside the case and the recess is formed. Since the fall prevention piece is made to project from the end side of the other side, in addition to the effect according to claim 1, when the filler is injected into the case, the opening of the case is set to the upper side and the opening surface side of the case. Even if the end on the opposite side is turned down, the fall prevention piece can prevent the case from falling down, it does not hinder the injection work, the workability does not deteriorate, and the recessed part prevents the case from falling. The inner volume can be reduced and the filling amount can be reduced.
