Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a gravestone cut from one stone, and a single stone engraved gravestone free from the fear of breakage by an earthquake obtained according to this method. SOLUTION: By use of one stone having a volume of the whole gravestone, a circular part is first inscribed to the orthogonal part between the horizontal stepped part 2 and vertical stepped part 3 of a gravestone designed dimension to drill a round hole 4 deeply in the thickness direction, and the horizontal stepped part 2 of the gravestone is then excavated to the tangent of the round hole 4. The vertical stepped part 3 is then cut from the upper part to the lower part so as to successively reach the tangent of the round hole 4, and fine decoration of the whole gravestone and characters are finally cut.

2. Description of the Related Art The most popular form of gravestones to date is the stepwise stacking method of various rectangular parallelepiped stones as shown in FIG. Such a method is also acceptable from the viewpoint of transportation problems of heavy objects and assembly work. However, this stacking method has the drawback that it is easily destroyed by a strong earthquake, and sometimes even the adjacent gravestone is damaged. This has the ironic consequence that the scale and nature of the earthquake can be determined by the way the tombstone is inverted.

In order to prevent such collapse, various types have been proposed in which a stepped surface is worked. For example, a method of fitting in unevenness, a method of fixing through a joining auxiliary material,
For example, a method of attaching with an adhesive material. However, even if it is fitted to the unevenness, it is weak against vertical vibration, and the adhesive material weathers and changes in a short period of time when exposed to the outside air, and the anchor effect disappears. The reality is that it is difficult to completely prevent separation and collapse due to an earthquake.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a single stone material 1 having a volume of the entire tombstone.
First, the horizontal step 2 of the tombstone 1 is excavated according to the dimensions, then the vertical step 3 is cut to reach from the top to the bottom, and finally the detailed decoration and letters of the entire tombstone are cut. It is a method of manufacturing a one-stone carved tombstone that is processed, and a one-stone carved tombstone obtained by that method.

Since the present invention has the above-described structure, it is possible to sequentially cut from the horizontal step portion 2 to the vertical step portion 3 and from the upper portion to the lower portion, to cut the circular hole 4 with a drill, and then to cut a flat surface. A tombstone having various finishing surfaces can be efficiently carved and manufactured from one piece of stone material 1 by a method such as cutting the deformed surface portion. And since it is not a combination of individual stones, but is made entirely of one stone, there is no risk of being separated and broken apart by an earthquake or the like.

EXAMPLE An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the present invention, a single stone material having a volume of the entire tombstone is used. Then, in the case of the gravestone shown in FIG. 1 which is a right angled corner, as shown in FIG. 2, the rectangular parallelepiped rough is first laid down with the gravestone lying down, and the horizontal step portions 2a, 2b of the gravestone are placed. Excavate deep in the body direction with a diamond disk cutter according to the dimensions. Next, the vertical step portions 3a and 3b are attached to the upper portion 3
A is cut first to cut off the end material A with a diamond disk cutter, and the lower part 3b is cut out to cut off the end material B with the diamond disk cutter. When there are many steps, the horizontal direction from top to bottom By cutting so as to reach the steps 2a and 2b in sequence, a tombstone in an anonymous state (FIG. 1) is completed. Finally, the decoration and letters on the details of the entire tombstone are cut to complete the one-stone carving tombstone.

In the case of the gravestone shown in FIG. 3 which is the corner 7 on the round surface, first, as shown in FIG. 4, the horizontal step portions 2a and 2b and the vertical step portions 3a and 3b of the gravestone design dimension are formed. A circular hole 4 which is inscribed in the horizontal step portions 2a and 2b and the vertical step portions 3a and 3b at a position before the intersection line is drilled from both sides.

The end material A and the end material B are cut out by cutting with a diamond disk cutter so that the tangents of the circular holes 4 are sequentially reached. The mill ends A and B can be used later for manufacturing pebble products. Finally, the details of the entire tombstone and the letters are cut and processed to complete a one-stone carved tombstone having a rounded corner 7.

Further, in the case of a tombstone having horizontal and vertical step deformation surfaces 5 and 6 such as the deformed curved surface and the uneven surface shown in FIG. 5, as shown in FIG. The stepped deformed surface portions 5 and 6 are punched and cut by a diamond wire cutter K according to the dimensions. The flat surface and round surface portion of the gravestone can be manufactured by appropriately combining the above-described flat surface processing and round surface processing. Finally, the details of the entire tombstone and the letters are cut to complete the one-stone carved tombstone having the deformed surface portion.

As described above, the present invention can be efficiently carved and manufactured by the method of manufacturing the present gravestone without separating the entire gravestone from one stone material at all. Since the gravestone made by that method is a single stone, it is extremely strong, and even if it is vibrated due to an earthquake or the like, it may cause a tilt due to the relationship of the ground, but there is no risk of collapse. The tilt thus generated is sufficient if it is caused, so to speak, it is possible to maintain the original shape semipermanently. In addition, in the conventional step-type tombstone, it is extremely difficult to integrally form a round surface or a corrugated surface in the entry corner, and it was practically impossible. The deformed surface can be easily formed, and the tombstone that has never existed has the majestic and solid presence of a stone material and the elegance of a decorative portion at the corner. It became possible to produce.
