発明の分野
本発明は、ある種の糖界面活性剤およびレシチンを含有する新規ヘアケアおよ
びボディケア製剤に関する。
従来の技術
アルキルおよび/またはアルケニルオリゴグリコシド、好ましくはアルキルオ
リゴグルコシドは、再生し得る原料から得られるノニオン性界面活性剤であり、
優れた性能と生態毒物学的適合性の故に、界面活性製剤の製造における重要性が
高まっている。このことは、もう一つの糖界面活性剤群、すなわち脂肪酸N−ア
ルキルポリヒドロキシアルキルアミド(とりわけ、脂肪酸N−アルキルグルカミ
ド)にも当てはまる。
アルキルオリゴグルコシドおよび脂肪酸N−アルキルグルカミドを含有する化
粧品製剤は、非常に皮膚適合性であり得るが、そのような製剤の使用は、毛髪お
よび皮膚に、不快感、粘着感、乾燥または脱脂感をしばしばもたらす。
従って、本発明の課題は、前記のような欠点の無い、前記糖界面活性剤を含有
するヘアケアおよびボディケア製剤を提供することであった。
発明の説明
本発明は、
a1)アルキルおよび/またはアルケニルオリゴグリコシド、および/または
a2)脂肪酸N−アルキルポリヒドロキシアルキルアミド、並びに
b) レシチン
を含有するヘアケアおよびボディケア製剤に関する。
驚くべきことに、前記糖界面活性剤にレシチンを少量加えるだけで、皮膚によ
り快い感触を与え、毛髪により明るい光沢と柔軟感を与えることができるという
ことがわかった。
アルキルおよび/またはアルケニルオリゴグリコシド
アルキルおよびアルケニルオリゴグリコシドは、式(I):

アルキルおよび/またはアルケニルオリゴグリコシドは、炭素数5または6の
アルドースまたはケトースから、好ましくはグルコースから誘導し得る。すなわ
ち、好ましいアルキルおよび/またはアルケニルオリゴグリコシドは、アルキル
および/またはアルケニルオリゴグルコシドである。
式(I)中の指数pは、オリゴマー化度(DP度)、すなわちモノ−およびオリゴ
グリコシドの分布を示し、1〜10の数である。個々の化合物のpは常に整数で
あり、特に1〜6の値であり得るが、アルキルオリゴグリコシドとしての値pは
、分析学的に求めた値であって、通例整数でない。平均オリゴマー化度pが1.1
〜3.0であるアルキルおよび/またはアルケニルオリゴグリコシドを使用する
ことが好ましい。オリゴマー化度が1.7未満、とりわけ1.2〜1.4であるア
ルキルおよび/またはアルケニルオリゴグリコシドが、適用の観点から好ましい
。
アルキルまたはアルケニル基R1は、炭素数4〜11、好ましくは8〜10の
第一級アルコールから誘導し得る。そのようなアルコールの例は、ブタノール、
カプロンアルコール、カプリルアルコール、カプリンアルコールおよびウンデシ

コール、ガドレイルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコール、エルシルアルコール、お
よびそれらの工業用混合物(前記のようにして得られる)である。水素化C12/1 4
ヤシ油アルコールから誘導した、DPが1〜3であるアルキルオリゴグルコシ
ドが好ましい。
脂肪酸N−アルキルポリヒドロキシアルキルアミド
脂肪酸N−アルキルポリヒドロキシアルキルアミドは、式(II):

1〜4のアルキルまたはヒドロキシアルキル基であり、[Z]は炭素数3〜12
/ヒドロキシル基数3〜10の直鎖または分枝状ポリヒドロキシアルキル基であ

脂肪酸N−アルキルポリヒドロキシアルキルアミドは、還元糖をアンモニア、
アルキルアミンまたはアルカノールアミンで還元的アミノ化し、次いで、脂肪酸
、脂肪酸アルキルエステルまたは脂肪酸クロリドでアシル化することによって通

脂肪酸N−アルキルポリヒドロキシアルキルアミドは、炭素数5または6の還
元糖、とりわけグルコースから誘導することが好ましい。すなわち、好ましい脂
肪酸N−アルキルポリヒドロキシアルキルアミドは、式(III):
で示される脂肪酸N−アルキルグルカミドである。
脂肪酸N−アルキルポリヒドロキシアルキルアミドとして使用するグルカミド
(III)においては、好ましくは、R3は水素またはアミン基であり、R2COはカ
プロン酸、カプリル酸、カプリン酸、ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸
、パルミトレイン酸、ステアリン酸、イソステアリン酸、オレイン酸、エライジ
ン酸、ペトロセリン酸、リノール酸、リノレン酸、アラキン酸、ガドレイン酸、
ベヘン酸もしくはエルカ酸、またはそれらの工業用混合物のアシル成分である。
グルコースをメチルアミンで還元的アミノ化し、次いでラウリン酸もしくはC12 /14
ヤシ油脂肪酸またはそれらの誘導体でアシル化することによって得た脂肪酸
N−アルキルグルカミド(III)が、特に好ましい。マルトースおよびパラチノー
スからも、ポリヒドロキシアルキルアミドを誘導し得る。
脂肪酸N−アルキルポリヒドロキシアルキルアミドの使用も、多くの文献に記
載されている。例えば、増粘剤としての使用が、欧州特許出願公開EP−A10
願公開FR−A1580491[ヘンケル(Henkel)]には、スルフェートお
よび/またはスルホネート、ノニオン性界面活性剤および要すれば石鹸から成る
水性洗剤混合物であって、脂肪酸N−アルキルグルカミドを発泡調整剤として含
有する混合物が記載されている。
国際特許出願公開WO92/6153;6156;6157;6158;61
59および6160[プロクター・アンド・ギャンブル(Procter & Gamble)
]には、脂肪酸N−アルキルグルカミドと、アニオン性界面活性剤、スルフェー
トおよび/またはスルホネート構造を有する界面活性剤、エーテルカルボン酸、
エーテルスルフェート、メチルエステルスルホネート、およびノニオン性界面活
性剤との混合物が記載されている。そのような物質を、種々の洗濯洗剤、食器洗
剤
および清浄製剤において使用することは、国際特許出願公開WO92/6152
;6154;6155;6161;6162;6164;6170;6171お
よび6172(プロクター・アンド・ギャンブル)に記載されている。
レシチン
レシチンまたはホスファチジルコリンは、グリセロール、脂肪酸、リン酸およ
び好ましくはコリンのエステル化によって得られるグリセロリン脂質である。レ
シチンの一般構造は、式(IV)で示される:
[式中、R4COおよびR5COはそれぞれ、炭素数12〜22/二重結合数0お
よび/または1〜4の脂肪族アシル基であり、Xは水素、R4CO基または好ま
しくはCH2CH2N+(CH3)3基である。]。
天然に存在するレシチンおよび近縁のセファリン(これも本発明に包含される
)は、1,2−ジアシル−sn−グリセロール−3−リン酸であり、α配置を有す
る。一方、β−レシチンにおいては、コリンでエステル化されたリン酸官能基が
、グリセリドの中央のヒドロキシル基に結合している。主にC16-18脂肪酸(す
なわちパルミチン酸、パルミトレイン酸、ステアリン酸、オレイン酸、リノール
酸およびリノレン酸)の誘導体である同族体混合物から成る式(I)で示される工
業用レシチン(好ましくは大豆レシチン)を、本発明の目的のために使用し得る
。これに関する概要は、エム・シュナイダー(M.Schneider)、ファット・サイ
・テクノル(Fat.Sci.Technol.)、94、524(1992)に記載されて
いる。
本発明の製剤は、成分a)とb)とを、重量比90:10ないし99:1、好
ましくは95:5ないし92:8で含有し得る。
ヘアケアおよびボディケア製剤
本発明の製剤は、その成分と適合する他の界面活性剤を少量含有し得る。その
例は、脂肪アルコールポリグリコールエーテルスルフェート、モノ−および/ま
たはジアルキルスルホスクシネート、脂肪酸サルコシネート、脂肪酸タウリド、
エーテルカルボン酸、アルキルアミドベタイン、またはタンパク質脂肪酸縮合物
、また、ある程度のカチオン性界面活性剤、例えば第四級アンモニウム化合物、
エステルクォート(esterquat)およびカチオン性ポリマーである。そのような界
面活性剤の、本発明の製剤中の含量は、通例1〜30重量%(固体換算)である
。
適当な油成分は、例えば、炭素数6〜18(好ましくは8〜10)の脂肪アル
コールから誘導するゲルベアルコール、直鎖状C6-20脂肪酸と直鎖状C6-20脂肪
アルコールとのエステル、分枝状C6-13カルボン酸と直鎖状C16-18脂肪アルコ
ールとのエステル、直鎖状C10-18脂肪酸と分枝状アルコール(とりわけ2−エ
チルヘキサノール)とのエステル、直鎖および/または分枝状脂肪酸と二価アル
コールおよび/またはゲルベアルコールとのエステル、C6-10脂肪酸トリグリセ
リド、植物油、分枝状第一級アルコール、置換シクロヘキサン、および/または
ジアルキルエーテルである。
他の適当な助剤および添加剤は、乳化剤、例えばアルコキシル化脂肪アルコー
ル、ポリグリセロール脂肪酸エステルまたはソルビタンエステルである。

例えば植物抽出物、タンパク質加水分解物およびビタミン複合体である。フィル
ム形成剤は、例えば、キトサン、微結晶キトサンまたは第四級化キトサン、ポリ
ビニルピロリドン、ビニルピロリドン/酢酸ビニルコポリマー、アクリル酸系ポ
リマー、第四級セルロース誘導体、および同様の化合物である。適当な保存剤は
、例えば、フェノキシエタノール、ホルムアルデヒド溶液、パラベン、ペンタン

モノグリコールエステルである。色素は、例えば「コスメティッシェ・フェルベ

工業的適用
本発明のヘアケアおよびボディケア製剤は、皮膚に快い滑らかな感触を与え、
毛髪に明るい光沢および柔軟感を与える。本発明を適用する製剤の例は、発泡浴
剤、シャワーゲル、ヘアシャンプー、ヘアコンディショナー、ヘアリンスなどで
ある。
基本的に、前記範囲は絶対的な値ではなく、およその値に過ぎないと解釈すべ
きである。すなわち、前記範囲外でも、本発明の高レベルの特徴には到達しない
までも、前記効果を得ることができる。
実施例
レシチン添加および不添加のアルキルオリゴグルコシド含有製剤の性能を、い
わゆる「ハーフヘッド試験(Halbseitentest)」によって試験した。この試験
においては、前洗いおよび本洗いにおいて、次いで湿潤および乾燥毛髪において
、シャンプーの性質を、10人の試験者が1(良好)ないし4(不良)の基準で
