Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.生物学的流体の或る器官への流れを制御する方法において、 或る哺乳動物種の器官への生物学的流体の流れの時々刻々の変化の時間的変化 パターンを確定し、 上記パターンに従って或る器官への上記生物学的流体の流れを制御するための 或る可変の制御パラメータを作り出し、そして 上記可変の制御パラメータに従い、上記器官への上記生物学的流体の上記流れ を制御すること を含む上記方法。 2.心肺バイパスの間におけるポンプによる生体への血液の流れを制御する方法 において、 或る哺乳動物種の時々刻々の血圧及び心拍数の時間的変化パターンを確定し、 上記パターンの、個別に求めた血圧と次の個別に求めた血圧との間の差につい ての、値において上記個別に求めた血圧に対応する信号を上記心拍数に対応する 或る時間にわたり作り出し、 上記信号に大きさにおいて対応する或る制御電圧を作り出し、 上記ポンプへ上記制御電圧を加えて上記時間にわたり上記信号の大きさに比例 する圧力の、上記ポンプからの血液の吐出量を提供し、そして 信号の発生、制御電圧の発生及び上記ポンプへの上記制御電圧の印加の上記各 段階を、上記パターンのそれぞれの次の個別に求めた血圧について繰り返し、そ れにより心臓からの正常な拍動血流を模倣するポンプからの血液の拍動的流れを 提供すること を含む上記方法。 3.生体の肺への人工呼吸装置からの換気ガスの流れを制御する方法において、 或る哺乳動物種の時々刻々の呼吸数及び1回換気量の時間的変化パターンを確 定し、 個別に求めた呼吸数と1回換気量とに値において対応する信号を作り出し、 上記信号に大きさにおいて対応する或る制御電圧を作り出し、 上記人工呼吸装置へ上記制御電圧を加えて上記信号の大きさに比例する呼吸数 の、上記人工呼吸装置からの換気ガスの吐出量を提供し、そして 信号の発生、制御電圧の発生及び上記人工呼吸装置への上記制御電圧の印加の 上記各段階を、上記パターンのそれぞれの次の個別に求めた呼吸数について繰り 返し、それにより健康な肺の正常な呼吸を模倣する人工呼吸装置からの換気ガス の可変の流れを提供すること を含む上記方法。 4.生物学的流体の或る器官への流れを制御する装置において、 或る哺乳動物種の器官への生物学的流体の流れの時々刻々の変化の時間的変化 パターンを確定する手段、 上記パターンに従って或る器官への上記生物学的流体の流れを制御するための 或る可変の制御パラメータを作り出す手段、及び 上記可変の制御パラメータに従い、上記器官への上記生物学的流体の上記流れ を制御する手段 を含む、上記装置。
