Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 ここに記載された本発明の基本的な特許請求の範囲は前記した、請求中の、親 出願に記載されている。他の請求項は1993年7月6日に出願した一部継続出 願S.N.08/88034に記載されている。本出願を保護するために本発明 にとってより特定的な請求項を以下に記載する。 1.生物学的保護電磁界の生成装置であって、該装置は、 電磁界を発生する電気コイルと、 電力が印加されると電源の1つ以上の基本的特性を10秒以下の時間間隔内で 変調する電気変調装置であって、前記基本的特性には振幅、周期、位相、波形お よび極性が含まれ、前記変調装置の前記出力により前記コイルを駆動して生物学 的保護電磁界を発生させる前記電気変調装置と、 を具備する生物学的保護電磁界生成装置。 2.請求項1項記載の装置であって、前記時間間隔はランダムな間隔であり、 最大でも10秒以下である生物学的保護電磁界生成装置。 3.請求項1項記載の装置であって、前記時間間隔は0.1−1秒である生物 学的保護電磁界生成装置。 4.請求項1項記載の装置であって、前記変調装置は電源の振幅を変調する生 物学的保護電磁界生成装置。 5.請求項1項記載の装置であって、前記変調装置は電源の周期を変調する生 物学的保護電磁界生成装置。 6.請求項1項記載の装置であって、前記変調装置は電源の波形を変調する生 物学的保護電磁界生成装置。 7.無線周波信号を送信するパーソナル通信装置(PDC)を包囲する生物学 的保護電磁界を生成する装置であって、該装置は、 装置に隣接もしくは一体配置された、電磁界を発生する電気コイルと、 電気コイルへ通される信号を発生するソースと、 信号の1つ以上の基本的特性を10秒以下の時間間隔内で変調する電気変調装 置であって、前記基本的特性には振幅、周期、位相、波形および極性が含まれ、 前記変調出力により前記コイルを駆動して生物学的保護電磁界を発生する前記電 気変調装置と、 を具備する生物学的保護電磁界生成装置。 8.請求項7項記載の装置であって、前記時間間隔はランダムな間隔であり、 最大でも10秒以下である生物学的保護電磁界生成装置。 9.請求項7項記載の装置であって、前記時間間隔は0.1−1秒である生物 学的保護電磁界生成装置。 10.請求項7項記載の装置であって、前記コイルへ通される信号はノイズ信 号である生物学的保護電磁界生成装置。 11.請求項7項記載の装置であって、前記コイルは送信部品が収容されてい る無線電話機のハンドヘルドスピーカ/マイクロホン部品を包囲する生物学的保 護電磁界生成装置。 12.請求項7項記載の装置であって、前記コイルはハンドヘルド部品のスピ ーカ/マイクロホン側の周辺周りに配置されている生物学的保護電磁界生成装置 。 13.請求項7項記載の装置であって、前記コイルは部品のスピーカ/マイク ロホン側とは反対のハンドヘルド部品側の周辺周りに配置されている生物学的保 護電磁界生成装置。 14.請求項7項記載の装置であって、前記コイルおよび前記信号源はパーソ ナル通信装置(PDC)のバッテリパックに含まれている生物学的保護電磁界生 成装置。
