Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.潤滑油炭化水素を水素化して食品等級のホワイト油を製造する方法であっ て、水素の存在下、炭化水素潤滑油フィードを、少なくとも約13Åの直径の孔 を有し、焼成後に、100の相対強度で約18Åより大きい少なくとも1つの面 間隔dを有するX線回折パターンを示す無機質の非層状多孔性結晶相物質を含ん でなる担体上に金属水素化触媒を含む水素化触媒に接触させることを含んでなる 方法。 2.水素化処理の結晶相触媒が、焼成後において少なくとも約13Åの直径を 有する均一な寸法になっている孔の六角形配列を示し、焼成後において約18Å より大きいd100値によって示すことのできる六角形電子線回折パターンを示す 請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.50torrおよび25℃において、結晶相物質が、100gあたりでベンゼ ン約15g以上のベンゼン吸着容量を示す請求の範囲1または2記載の方法。 4.結晶相が、以下の組成: Mn/q(Wa Xb Yc Zd Oh) [式中、Mは1種またはそれ以上のイオンであり;nは酸化物として表わされる M以外の組成物の電荷であり;qはMの重み付けモル平均原子価であり;n/q はMのモル数またはモル分率であり;Wは1種またはそれ以上の2価の元素であ り;Xは1種またはそれ以上の3価の元素であり;Yは1種またはそれ以上の4 価の元素であり;Zは1種またはそれ以上の5価の元素であり;a、b、cおよ びdはそれぞれW、X、YおよびZのモル分率であり;hは1〜2.5の数であ り;(a+b+c+d)=1である。] を有する請求の範囲1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.Wが2価の第1列遷移金属またはマグネシウムを含んでなり;Xがアルミ ニウム、ホウ素、ガリウムまたは鉄を含んでなり;Yがケイ素またはゲルマニウ ムを含んでなり;Zがリンを含んでなる請求の範囲4記載の方法。 6.aおよびdが0であり、h=2である請求の範囲4記載の方法。 7.Xがアルミニウムを含んでなり、Yがケイ素を含んでなる請求の範囲6記 載の方法。 8.触媒が、周期表の第VIA族、第VIIA族または第VIIIA族の少なくとも1 種の金属を含んでなる請求の範囲1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.フィードの触媒への接触を、3550〜20800kPa(500〜300 0psig)の圧力、120〜370℃(250〜700°F)の温度および0.1 〜2.0LHSVの空間速度にて行う請求の範囲1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法 。
