Including being. The outlets of each set lie from the axis of the valve plunger and are
It is 90 degrees. By changing the advance rate of the bias spring (not shown),
The one hole allows a controlled fresh water output pressure from the outlet of the upper body member.
In FIG. 5b, the valve plunger 50 has a second set of side outlets.
Including the total. This design allows the outlet to have a larger diameter than the first hole 76, the first hole.
Including that there is a second hole 78 having and a third hole 80 having a diameter larger than the second hole.
It is. The outlets of each set lie from the axis of the valve plunger and are offset by 90 degrees from each other.
I have. In this example, the clean water is at the preset maximum pressure level of the flush valve.
Enters the inlet and exits the flush valve at a preset minimum pressure level.
In FIG. 5c, the valve plunger 50 includes a third set of lateral outlets.
. This design has a set of outlets having a first hole 76, a second hole having a smaller diameter than the first hole.
Including that there is a hole 78, a third hole 80 having a smaller diameter than the second hole.
The outlets of each set lie from the axis of the valve plunger and are offset from each other by 90 degrees. Real
In some embodiments, the flow rate and pressure of fresh water flowing in and out of the flush valve is controlled and
Be transformed into
As shown in Figures 5b and 5c, the holes in each set are horizontally aligned.
The cleaning apparatus of the present invention can be used with various marine engines. For example, cleaning
The equipment is an outboard marine engine (Fig. 6), a V-8 stern drive marine engine (Fig. 7), a V-

4-cylinder stern drive marine engine (Fig. 10), jet ski machine
It can be used with Seki (Fig. 11). As shown in Fig. 6-11, the control panel
The valve 12 has a fresh water supply connector 22 and a gate valve 24. The Shimizu conduit
The water supply connector, gate valve and wash valve 14 are interconnected. Multiple fresh water hoses 18
, 19, 20 are connected to the cleaning valve 14. Shimizu is a T-shaped interconnection device 3

Can be washed.
Certain types of engines, especially inboard and stern drive engines, have very complex cooling systems.
Have. In the above-mentioned case, the plurality of cleaning valves 14 are the best in FIGS.
As shown, the clean water flow must be properly proportioned for all engine cooling subsystems and elements.
An example is adopted to allocate.
In order to use the cleaning device of the present invention, as shown in FIG.
A clean water line such as (not shown) is attached to the clean water supply connector 22. this is
It is to make the fresh water flow to the fresh water conduit. The gate valve 24 on the control panel
It is rotated to the open position, which causes it to pass through the clean water conduit 16 to the clean water flush valve 14.
Create a stream of pressurized fresh water. Fresh water then enters the flush valve through the inlet of the lower body member. Qing
The water pressure moves the valve plunger to the open position, and fresh water enters the inlet and then a set of vents.
Flows through the exit. This discharge port is provided in the inner chamber of the upper main body member of the clean water washing valve 14.
The valve plunger is laterally arranged.
Shimizu discharges from the upper valve body through multiple axial outlets and then into multiple T
The raw seawater cooling conduit 26 is entered through the V-shaped tubular interconnection device 34. Shimizu is raw seawater
The seawater that has passed through the cooling conduit and that has taken in is washed through the nozzle 82 (No.
(Fig. 5).
When it is detected that fresh water has flowed out of the nozzle 82, the operator
Close the gate valve. The spring biased plunger and valve plug will
When it returns to zero, it returns to the closed position. The spring extends to the released biased state,
Then return the valve plunger to the closed position. The first and second O-rings cooperate
Acting as a means to block fresh water fluid communication and prevent any reverse flow of fluid to the control panel.
Also eliminate.
The clean water flush valve is made from any corrosion resistant material, preferably stainless steel.
The O-ring is made of any elastic material, preferably polytetrafluoroethylene (PTF).
Made from E).
The main advantage of the cleaning device of the present invention over conventional fresh water cleaning devices is that the boat is underwater.
It is the ability to wash the seawater taken in from the raw seawater cooling conduit 26 without raising it. ship
The main person can operate the cleaning apparatus of the present invention while the boat is in the boat-closed state with the engine turned off.
Clean water cleaning is widely recommended by all engine manufacturers. Aircraft
Seki's clean water cleaning prolongs the service life of equipment, reduces maintenance costs, and is a significant asset of the engine itself.
Protect production value. Ease of operation facilitates frequent cleaning of the raw seawater cooling conduit,
As a result, the reliability of the engine and the safety of boat occupants are significantly improved. Engine corrosion
Engine life is significantly extended because the engine life is dramatically reduced.
