Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.前端および後端を有する筒状本体からなるシリンジまたは類似非経口用装置 であり、前記前端はそこから突き出ることができるようにその中に中空針を受け 入れることができ、前記針は、前記本体に対して摺動可能であり、前記本体は、 また、非経口用液体を受け入れ可能で且つその中に含んだ液体を排出するために 容量を産生できるチャンバーを含み、前記針は、その中に含んだ液体を排出する ためにチャンバーの容量を小さくできるようにし且つ前記針が前記本体内部に全 体が納まるように引っ込められるように、引き込み装置によって本体内部に手動 で引き込むことが可能であり、前記針は前記本体内部で摺動可能で且つ密封状態 で納められているプラグによって一端が支持されており、前記チャンバーは、プ ラグの後方に位置しており、前記プラグは、このプラグを介して前記チャンバー と前記針を連通可能なように適合させており、前記プラグの後方の本体中にチャ ンバーの後端を規定する停止手段が付与されており、前記停止手段は前記本体中 に摺動可能に且つ密封状態で受け入れられており、それによって、プラグを動か すよりは前記停止手段を動かすためにより多くの力を必要とし、前記本体の後端 は、軸上で摺動可能なスライダーを支持しており、その操作のための前記スライ ダー上の外方突起は前記軸上の動作を行い、前記引き込み手段は、一端でプラグ に固定され且つ他端で前記スライダーに支持され、摺動可能な密封状態で前記停 止手段を貫通する可撓性部材からなることを特徴とするシリンジまたは類似非経 口用装置。 2.チャンバーの後端を規定する時、停止手段は本体中に密封状態で摺動可能に 納められており、チャンバーの最小容量位置までプラグの動作完了後、停止手段 がプラグとともに動作可能で、停止手段が後端において非密封状態で収容される 請求項1記載のシリンジまたは類似非経口用装置。 3.後端が本体残りの内径よりも大きい請求項2記載のシリンジまたは類似非経 口用装置。 4.本体後端の断面構造に、本体の残りの部分の直径に比べてより大きい断面積 を有する部分が形成されているシリンジまたは類似装置。 5.プラグがその最も後方位置にある時に後端に非密封状態で受け入れられる請 求項2、3または4のいずれか1項に記載のシリンジまたは類似非経口用装置。 6.外方突起が軸方向に延びる突起からなる先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載の シリンジまたは類似非経口用装置。 7.外方突起が放射方向に延びる突起からなる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記 載のシリンジまたは類似非経口用装置。 8.最も前方位置にある時に停止手段が本体の最も後端と本体残りの間の接続部 に位置する請求項3に記載のシリンジまたは類似非経口用装置。 9.接続部が内壁本体中のステップとして形成される請求項8に記載のシリンジ または類似非経口用装置。 10.本体内面に突起を設け、停止手段及び/又はプラグの密封表面に係合し、 停止手段およびプラグの接続部後方動作に伴い密封表面を損傷させる請求項2〜 9のいずれか1項に記載のシリンジまたは類似非経口用装置。 11.突起が本体内部に設けられ、停止手段およびプラグの接続部後方動作に伴 い停止手段及び/又はプラグを穿孔する請求項2〜9のいずれか1項に記載のシ リンジまたは類似非経口用装置。 12.針の開口端は本体の最前端の乳首様要素に受け入れられ、それによって、 要素を手動で本体から離すように引き抜き針を伸張させ、要素は前記針から外れ るようにできる先行請求項のいずれか1項に記載のシリンジまたは類似非経口用 装置。 13.要素には、非経口用剤の容器と嵌合可能な口が設置されており、針の開口 端中の開口部は前記口中に開口している請求項12に記載のシリンジまたは類似 非経口用装置。 14.本体とプラグの間に弾力性手段が付与され、トリガー手段に連結しており 、針が伸張している時に弾力性手段が圧力負荷状態に保持され、それによって、 トリガー機構の解除は、弾力性手段の圧力非負荷状態への動作、針、プラグおよ び停止手段の十分に引き込まれた位置までの動作を可能とする先行請求項のいず れか1項に記載のシリンジまたは類似非経口用装置。 15.実質的に本文に記載の通りのシリンジまたは類似非経口用装置。
