Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体をセルロース含有繊維材料のパルプ懸濁液に混入する方法であって、 パルプ懸濁液はパルプ入口(17)を通って注入され、 回転に供され、 固定子殻(1)と、前記固定子殻と同軸上にある回転子(7)と、少なくとも 1つの流体入口(23)と、を備える反応領域を通る間に所望の圧力で前記流体 と混合され、 その後、パルプ混合物はパルプ出口(20)を通って反応部から出ていく前記 方法において、 流体は、外側に向かうに従って放射状に増加している遠心力のために、パルプ 懸濁液の周辺の反応圧よりもパルプ懸濁液の局所圧が低くなっている回転中のパ ルプ懸濁液の回転中心付近に、前記流体入口(23)を介して、供給されること を特徴とする方法。 2.流体密度は実質的に前記パルプ懸濁液中のパルプ密度よりも低いことを特徴 とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.流体は渦室(9)内で発生するパルプ懸濁液中の渦中心に供給されることを 特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 4.流体は前記渦中心で軸に沿って供給されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の 方法。 5.流体は前記渦中心で放射状に供給されること特徴とする請求項1記載の方法 。 6.パルプ懸濁液は固定子殻(1)の円錐形部分(3)内に法線方向に送り込ま れ、渦室(9)の外側の羽根(28)により流動化状態まで加速され、 前記パルプ懸濁液は、円錐形部分(3)の最大直径部分(11)に向かって送 り出され、その最大直径部分では前記懸濁液が渦室(9)内に向かって反転され 、そこで渦が形成され、その渦の中心に流体が供給され、その後、流体/パルプ 混合物が渦室(9)内の少なくとも1つの開口(33)を通って流出し更に回転 子(7)と固定子殻(1)の間で混合されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方 法。 7.パルプ懸濁液は注入室(54)内に法線方向に送り込まれ、回転させられ、 渦室(9)の外側の羽根(28)により流動化状態まで加速され、その後、前記 懸濁液は渦室(9)に送り込まれ、そこで渦が形成され、その中心に流体が供給 され、その後、流体/パルプ混合物が回転子(7)の中空軸(52)を通って羽 根車(58)を含む混合室(57)まで運搬されることを特徴とする請求項5記 載の方法。 8.流体は回転子(7)内の通路(60)を通って供給されることを特徴とする 請求項1記載の方法。 9.流体はオゾン含有ガスを含み、ガス/パルプ混合物は、パルプ出口(20) にて、ガスセパレータ(40)を通り、そのガスセパレータでは未消費オゾンと 不活性キャリヤーガスがプロセスで再循環するために、取り出されるパルプスト リームから分離されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 10.回転するパルプ懸濁液に対して中央ガス入口(9)を有する混合装置が法 線方向ガス入口(23b)を有する混合装置に直列に接続され、後者の装置から 分離されたガスは前者の装置の中央ガス入口に送り戻されることを特徴とする請 求項9記載の方法。 11.流体をセルロース含有繊維材料のパルプ懸濁液に混入するための装置であ って、前記パルプ懸濁液のためのパルプ入口(17)と、十分処理されたパルプ 懸濁液のためのパルプ出口(20)と、その間に反応領域と、を備え、固定子殻 (1)、固定子殻と同軸上にある回転子(7)と、少なくとも1つの流体入口 (23)と、を備える前記装置において、 前記流体入口(23)は回転子(7)と固定子殻(1)の共通の中心軸に非常 に接近して配置され、流体が回転しているパルプ懸濁液の回転中心付近に供給さ れるようにしてあることを特徴とする装置。 12.流体入口(23)はパルプ懸濁液中に渦を形成させるように設計された渦 室(9)内で開口していることを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。 13.流体入口(23)は渦室(9)の中央で開口していることを特徴とする請 求項12記載の装置。 14.渦室(9)はパルプ懸濁液中の渦の形成を増幅するために円錐形としてあ ることを特徴とする請求項12記載の装置。 15.渦室(9)は回転子(7)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項13 記載の装置。 16.渦室(9)の外側にはパルプ入口(17)を通って送り込まれるパルプ懸 濁液を流動化させるための羽根(28)が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1 5記載の装置。 17.渦室(9)は固定されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。 18.回転子(7)の外側にはパルプ入口(17)を通って送り込まれるパルプ 懸濁液を流動化させるための羽根(28)が備えられることを特徴とする請求項 17記載の装置。 19.流体入口(23)は少なくとも1つの通路(60)を介して回転子(7) を通って開口していることを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。 20.流体はオゾン含有ガスを含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。 21.ガスセパレータ(40)はパルプ出口(20)と接続して配置され、未消 費オゾン及び不活性キャリヤーガスを外に出ていくパルプストリームから分離し 運搬することを特徴とする請求項20記載の装置。
