Utilization method of waste heat energy in power plant
The present invention relates to waste heat energy in power plants such as power plants.
Regarding the utilization method, more specifically, the waste heat energy in a power plant such as a power plant is used.
As a utilization method of the gas, the warm medium A and the return medium B from the gas turbine operation process
To heat the medium B having a pressure higher than the critical pressure of the method according to the invention in parallel.
It is heated in the exchanger, then the medium B is merged, and the medium B is further replaced by the return medium B in the heat exchanger.
Then, the medium B is heated in the boiler by the medium A passing through the turbine or the combustion chamber.
To a pressure below the critical pressure by expanding it in the turbine,
Return to the process and condense the medium B into a liquid in a condenser, then pump
In a method that includes pressurizing to a supercritical pressure at
Up to the supercritical temperature in the exchanger, or when medium B already has the supercritical temperature.
In this case, the temperature is raised to a higher temperature, which causes a difference in enthalpy (energy).
Energy gap in balance) is made equal by waste heat energy
Since it is (compensated for), the difference in enthalpy corresponding to a certain temperature difference is
Is larger than the difference in enthalpy under pressure at the location following
How to do.
Traditionally, thermal power plants rely on fossil fuels and nuclear power to support more modern power plants.
Generate electricity from positive batteries and geothermal energy
ing. The basic methods used in power plants are the gas turbine method and steam generation.
The electric method or a combination thereof. Radiation is a problem of nuclear power generation.
Waste and expensive initial investment costs. Problems with power generation using fossil fuels
Then, acid rain and greenhouse effect caused by exhaust to the atmosphere can be mentioned. In addition,
Both power plants in the country have
I have a problem. In addition to this, all thermal power plants utilize low-temperature energy for power generation.
Therefore, there is also a problem that efficiency is relatively low. In a power plant according to the invention
Has the above-mentioned drawbacks, is very efficient in power generation, and has many advantages described below.
You. For example, low fuel consumption, low accident risk, low waste
And, there is little exhaust to the atmosphere. In addition to this, the device according to the invention
Must be constructed to operate by utilizing waste heat energy in an old power plant
It is easy to rebuild the old power plant. In steam power generation method
Waste heat energy can be harnessed by increasing the number of tappings.
Wear. At this time, if necessary, set the flow rate through the condenser to the initial state (zero).
Can be returned to. The condensation temperature of water vapor produced by combustion is
Since the frequency is high, it can be used most effectively in the power plant according to FIG.
It is particularly suitable when using natural gas.
To heat the medium B that has been liquefied and compressed to a supercritical pressure
In the low temperature region, more energy than the amount emitted by the low pressure return medium B is emitted.
The invention is based on the fact that rugies are needed. Gas near the critical temperature
Has such characteristics. Therefore, the waste heat energy of a conventional thermal power plant is
It can be used very efficiently by the heat exchanger.
The present invention differs from the ORC method (for example, US A 3 769 789) in that the medium is
After passing through the heat exchangers (2, 3), B becomes a supercritical temperature, so a large amount of energy is consumed.
The increase in enthalpy, which corresponds to the evaporation requiring rugies, is after the pump (1)
It is mainly achieved in parallel installed heat exchangers. Therefore, outside
Part energy can be harnessed by the method of the present invention. This is heat exchange
It means that the vessels (2, 3) are not joined to the boiler. In the ORC method, liquid
Pre-heating of this corresponds to this stage. Comparison of the present invention with gas turbine method and steam power generation method
I will try. In this case, a closed gas turbine method with an ideal heat exchanger, and simple
We will compare various steam power generation methods. The differences between these two methods are described below.
The power from the turbine in the gas turbine method depends on the amount of thermal energy introduced into the system.
Is equivalent. However, most of the energy is not used to press the media with the compressor.
It is. On the other hand, in the steam power generation method, a large amount of energy was consumed by evaporation.
Therefore, thermal energy can only be partially utilized within the turbine. However
The amount of energy required for pressurization is small. Obedience
And taking into account the need to cool the turbine blades,
As for the steam power generation method, it corresponds to the gas turbine method. But the pressurization of the medium
The amount of energy needed to pressurize is
It is considerably lower than the gas turbine method. The above is especially true for FIG. 4 (or FIG. 8).
Applies to structures that
Carbon dioxide, which is a very suitable medium for the method of the present invention, is harmless to the environment and
Hands are also easy. To obtain the required maximum pressure, it is currently used in steam power generation.
Since the pressure equivalent to is already used, it does not require technically advanced equipment.
. By selecting an appropriate medium B, it is possible to maintain
The waste heat of the denser can be utilized for district heating, for example. The present invention is further
For example, compared with conventional methods such as the double substance process, low temperature
It is suitable for degassing solid fuels because it can make good use of energy. Pressure
Waste heat generated during cooling of the compressor can also be efficiently utilized by the method of the present invention.
You. The present invention is also suitable for power plants using two different heat sources. The method of the invention
Also has the advantage of omitting the compressor. In addition, the size of an economically advantageous power plant
The range is wide. Because the pressure of medium B is relatively high, even if the power plant is small
Good is also important.
Burn combustibles with oxygen in a closed carbon dioxide cycle
There are many advantages to doing so. No or no nitrogen oxides were generated during combustion
It can actually separate carbon dioxide and reduce the greenhouse effect. Nitrogen in air
And argon can be separated simultaneously, and liquid oxygen can be separated if desired.
You can also. Conventional method (if necessary, the device according to the present invention
, A much larger amount of (hot) heat power
The energy loss at that time is smaller than that of the conventional method. Other chief
In particular, water treatment, steam turbines (and their associated generators), and chimneys
Is not required.
In the future, the operating time of the present invention will be long. This is due to nuclear fusion
Would it be necessary to preheat the air if the heat generated by the heat was successfully used in the power plant according to Fig. 4?
It is. In the future, resources such as the sun and biomass that can be supplemented will also be generated.
It would be suitable as a heat source by the method of Ming. The main purpose of the present invention is to
Person who uses waste heat energy in various power plants more efficiently than the conventional method
Method, and at the same time, a method that enables economical separation of carbon dioxide produced during combustion.
To serve. To this end, the method according to the invention is described in claim 1.
