と同様に運転され、従って再度の説明は省略する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION A method for brazing fins to a tube half and a device for carrying out this method. The invention is a fin as a component of a particularly folded fin band according to the preamble of claim 1. To the flat outer surface of the tube halves. The invention further relates to a device for implementing this method. In the heat exchanger tube mechanism, it is known that heat exchanger tubes having a vertically long cross section are arranged side by side in a row. The heat exchanger tube has a flat outer surface. A folded fin band is provided between the outer surfaces of two adjacent heat exchanger tubes, the fin band extending the entire length of the heat exchanger tube. The folds can be square, trapezoidal or corrugated. Moreover, individual fins are also known. For the production of this type of tube arrangement for heat exchangers, the fin bands are first folded or the individual fins are formed, and then a tube half with a U-shaped cross section is produced. The tube halves are then joined to the fin bands or the individual fins by fusion welding, in particular laser radiation. In that case, the laser beam is directed inside the tube half. The fin bands or the tube halves joined to the individual fins are then welded together along their longitudinal edges to form a heat exchanger tube, which forms a complete heat exchanger tube arrangement. This type of heat exchanger tube arrangement is then immersed in a zinc bath. This provides the required corrosion resistance of the exposed surface, as well as a tight contact between the fin band or the individual fin ridge region and the outer surface of the tube half to ensure sufficient heat transfer. The known method presupposes the preparation of an expensive laser welder. Furthermore, the prefabricated fin bands or individual fins and the tube halves have to be butt-welded and welded in several production steps. Furthermore, it is necessary to zinc coat the finished heat exchanger tube system in a dipping bath. This dip zinc coating likewise requires high equipment and thermotechnical costs. Further, a method of brazing an aluminum heat exchanger tube mechanism in a furnace or a salt bath is known. This method is also relatively expensive and requires high equipment costs, especially since the fins or fin bands need to be pressed flatly onto the tube flanks. The object of the present invention is to economically connect a fin as a component of a folded fin band to a tube half of a heat exchanger tube having a longitudinal cross section, and to reduce the mechanical It is an object of the invention to provide a method and a device which allows the use of steel, zinc and aluminum in any variation in material, which is cost-effective. The gist of the method of the present invention which has solved this problem is as described in the characteristic concept of claim 1. The basic idea of the present invention is to provide a flat outer surface of the pipe half and a ridge region of the fin adjacent to the flat half when joining the fin as a component of the folded fin band to the pipe half. The purpose is to use a brazing filler metal that is inserted in a plane between them. The brazing material can be a brazing foil closed on the surface or a brazing mat in the form of a grid. Furthermore, it is also possible to use the so-called "ALU-Braze" or "Zn-Braze" (wax paste) or the so-called "Braze Skin method" (pre-deposited braze material). A coating made of a meltable brazing material having a brazing foil closed on the surface is advantageously used when the tube halves and fins are made of steel, in which case the required corrosion resistance is obtained. Only the fins need to be coated with zinc or aluminum to ensure that the flat outer surface of the tube halves is automatically protected against corrosion by the brazing foil when joined to the fins. , The fins are made of aluminum and the pipe halves are made of steel. When using a wax mat and steel pipe halves, at least the outer surface of the pipe halves is zinc or aluminum. In order to avoid corrosion and, consequently, the drawbacks associated with it, the electrical potential of the brazing material corresponds to that of the fin or the half of the coated pipe. According to the invention, it is conceivable that in each case only one tube half is joined to the fin, in particular in the ridge region which is on one side of the fin band. It is advantageous if the fins are placed above the tube halves so that the material does not drip but rather covers the upwardly facing outer surface of the tube halves to close the entire gap. , The fins are brazed to the other tube halves, but the fins are simultaneously placed between the two tube halves and the brazing material is placed between the fin band, in particular the ridge region and the outer surface of the tube halves. Inserted in a flat shape on the fin, brazing filler metal and pipe A method embodiment is also possible in which the halves are crimped together and the fins are joined to the pipe halves by liquefaction of the brazing material and subsequent solidification The generation of the heat of solution for the liquefaction of the brazing material is of various types. According to the features of claim 2, it is advantageous if the heat of fusion is supplied from the inside of the pipe halves. The supply of the heat of fusion when joining one pipe halve to the fins. Is effective from the bottom up, but in that case the entire device must be rotated through 180 degrees to connect the other tube half to the fin. In the case of joining the fins to the fins, the heat of solution is supplied from above and below, that is to say in one horizontal plane or optionally in one vertical plane, but always from inside the pipe halves. In another configuration of the present invention, the heat of fusion is supplied to the inside of the tube half in a planar manner. . This is done, for example, by means of a heating element which contacts the entire inside of the tube halves and is inductively loaded by an electric current. According to the features of claim 4, the heat of fusion is generated by fusion welding radiation, for example a laser beam, which is slightly more intensely focused compared to welding. This broad radiation is then supplied at a relatively high speed over the inside of the tube halves in a streak pattern in its longitudinal and / or transverse direction. In this case, the tube half is heated in a wide locus. At this time, the brazing filler metal is also melted by heat conduction, and a remarkable capillary action fills the gap between the pipe half and the fin, especially the ridge region pipe of the fin band. An advantageous embodiment for generating heat of solution for the brazing material is described in claim 5. According to this, the brazing material is melted only by radiant heat. This results in a particularly uniform liquefaction of the brazing material. A fin and a fin according to the features of claim 6 for rapid hardening of the braze material after liquefaction of the braze material and after distribution into the gap between the fin and the tube half. The tube halves connected to the are loaded with a cooling gas, for example air or nitrogen. The cooling gas is guided parallel to the sides of the fin. The cooling gas can also be generated by a blower. Furthermore, in addition to or instead of the blower, a suction device for the cooling gas can be arranged on the other side. This blower and / or suction device makes it possible to eliminate the particles generated during brazing and located between the fins and the aggressive gas. According to claim 7, the end face is covered with a cap so that the end face of the heat exchanger pipe formed by welding the two pipe halves together can also be protected against corrosion. In that case, the cap can be made of zinc or aluminum and can be tightly attached to the end face. The mounting can be done by tightening or gluing. A further possibility for corrosion protection of the end faces of heat exchanger tubes formed from two tube halves is described in claim 8. The coating with aluminum or zinc is carried out especially by metal spraying. A solution of the device part of the subject of the invention is described in claim 9. In this case, a heating element that is electrically inductively loaded is arranged in a plane inside the tube half. It is also possible to arrange a plurality of heating elements in front of one another in a plurality of rows. The heating element makes it possible to obtain the required crimping of the tube halves on the fin band or on the individual fins, with interposition between the surface-mounted brazing materials (closed surface or grid). In this connection, it is conceivable to connect the fins to one tube half each. In that case, the heating element is effectively brought into the tube half from below. This makes it possible to prevent uncontrolled dropping of the liquid brazing material. Another embodiment is described in the features of claim 10. According to this, two pipe halves are simultaneously brought under the brazing material into the ridge regions of both longitudinal edges of the fin. In this case, it is possible to simultaneously heat the heating elements that come into contact with the insides of both tube halves. Furthermore, it is possible to heat only the heating element located below and use the heating element above to serve as a facing holder. After joining one tube half to the fin, the whole is rotated 180 degrees and the other tube half is brazed to the fin. In order to make the heating element as simple as possible so that it has only the function of liquefying the brazing filler metal, the heating element is housed in the butt device as claimed in claim 11. This butting device is responsible for the butting of the fins, the brazing material and the pipe halves, and on the other side the heating element serves exclusively to generate the heat of fusion. As a result, the pressure bonding and the melting process are separated from each other. Accordingly, each device can be formed with independent functions. The advantage of the relative movement of the heating element with respect to the butt device is that the heating element can be lifted from the tube half after melting of the brazing filler metal, so that no subsequent heat supply by heat conduction takes place. Furthermore, because the heating element is housed in the butt device, heat is significantly retained in the heated heating element. The heating body does not have to be heated again from room temperature to the melting temperature for the next brazing process. This reduces energy costs. The fact that the heating element is housed in the butt device further protects the heating element from the aggressive vapors generated during the brazing process. If the heating element and / or each abutment device is movable by means of an aerodynamically loaded cylinder, as described in claim 12, only the heating element without an abutment device or in the abutment device It is in any case advantageous if a heating element housed in is used. Furthermore, hydraulically loaded cylinders can be used. The rapid solidification of the brazing material and the discharge of particles that might have accumulated in the passage between the fins during brazing are obtained by the features of claim 13. In this case, the cooling gas is preferably generated by a blower, which blows the cooling gas through the passages at right angles to the fin bands or in the longitudinal direction of the fins. Corresponding to claim 14, additionally on the other side, a suction device is arranged which removes the heated cooling gas. A suction device of this kind may be provided instead of the blower. According to a feature of claim 15, the fins, the tube halves, the heating bodies, the butting devices, and the heating bodies and / or the cylinders corresponding to the butting devices are mounted in the frame-shaped holding body. ing. The holder is rotatable about the longitudinal axis by at least 180 degrees. This rotatability is effective whenever only one tube half is brazed to the fin. Due to the brazing of the tube halves located on the other side of the fin, the holder is rotated about its longitudinal axis. A further solution of the device part of the invention is described in claim 16. According to this, heating of the brazing material is performed by the fusion welding device. This device can be designed as a laser emitting device. The brazing material is melted by a suitable method of at least one laser radiation along the inside of the tube halves in a track as wide as possible, so that the brazing material solidifies after the interruption of the fusion welding radiation or subsequent movement, This allows the fins to be joined to the tube halves. According to the feature of the seventeenth aspect, the brazing material is liquefied only by radiant heat. For this purpose, a heating element is used which heats a hot plate made of a suitable material, for example high-grade steel or nickel, which is spaced relative to the heating element and brings it to a temperature evenly distributed over its surface. As a result, the hot plate can radiate heat to the tube halves and thus to the brazing material. In this case, first the tube halves, which should be provided with fins, are held at a distance from the hot plate. During this time, the hot plate is fully heated. The hot plate is then brought close to the fin halves at a fixed distance until the radiant heat from the hot plate can melt the braze material. After liquefaction of the brazing material, the hot plate is again moved away from the tube halves and the fins, so that the brazing material can solidify and thus the fins are joined to the tube halves without air gaps. . The heating element is specially inductively heated. According to claim 18, ceramic shields are provided laterally and below the heating element, so that the heat generated by the heating element can be transferred to the hot plate by radiation sufficiently and without significant loss. . In this case, the shield is made in particular from ALO 2 . According to claim 19, the ceramic shield is supported by the steel bottom. The area on the side of the shield is also covered by the steel plate. In that case, the side regions of the shield are formed so as to stand up high so that no heat is radiated laterally during the transfer of the radiant heat from the heating element to the hot plate. Another role of the steel bottom is to support the hot plate so as not to lose as much heat energy as the radiant heat is transferred from the heating element to the hot plate. For this purpose, according to claim 20, the hot plate is located on a relatively thin spaced bar connected to the steel bottom. The separating rods move relative to each other through a ceramic shield and a heating element. The separating bar can be formed to be sharp at the end on the hot plate side so that it can contact the hot plate only by point contact. According to claim 21, especially when the radiant heat is transferred from the hot plate to the pipe halves and thus to the brazing material, the heat radiation lost is as sharp as possible, especially on the end side. A large number of pins are provided on the hot plate. This allows the tube halves to rest only on the tips of the pins, so that the heat transferred through the pins is significantly higher than the radiant heat transferred from the hot plate to the tube halves. It is scarce. The pins are for example fixedly inserted in the hot plate. In order to position the tube halves with respect to the hot plate and ensure the contact of the fins on the tube halves, according to the features of claim 22, it is movable pneumatically or hydraulically. A support bar is provided which forms part of the lifting device. The support rod is relatively movably pierced through the steel bottom, the ceramic shield, the heating element and the hot plate and is likewise advantageously pointed at its free end, so that between the support rod and the tube half. Only point contact occurs at. In preparation for the brazing process, the support rods are arranged vertically movable relative to the hot plate so that the tube halves, the brazing material and the fins can be positioned regularly. During this preparatory work, the heating element heats the hot plate. For this reason, the steel shield, which supports the ceramic shield, heating element and hot plate, is also vertically movable by means of an aerodynamically or hydraulically loaded cylinder. After the heating of the hot plate is complete, the steel bottom is moved up and / or the support rods are moved down. This movement is carried out until the tube halves come into contact with the fins and the brazing material on the pins and then the heat radiation can be transmitted unimpeded from the hot plate to the tube halves and the brazing material. The invention will now be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiment. Here, FIG. 1 shows a device for connecting a folded fin band to a pipe half of a heat exchanger pipe in a schematic vertical cross-section, and FIG. 2 shows the brazing process of FIG. 1 is an enlarged view of the state of attachment of one fin band and two pipe halves for the purpose of operation, FIG. 3 shows a vertical section taken along the line III-III of FIG. 2, and FIG. The exchanger tube arrangement is shown in a reduced vertical partial cross-section, and FIG. 5 shows a half of another device for connecting the folded fin band to the tube half of the heat exchanger tube. A schematic cross-section is shown in the vertical direction only. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes one steel fin band 2 folded in a square shape, and a steel pipe half-divided portion 4 as a half-divided component of a heat exchanger pipe 6 having a longitudinal cross section. A device for coupling to 5 is shown (see also FIG. 4). The device 1 comprises a holder 8 which is rotatable about a horizontal axis 7 by 360 degrees and which can be positioned in various operating positions. The holder 8 is supported on a supporting and driving roller 9 which is rotatably supported by a stationary frame 10. The drive for this support and drive roller 9 is not shown. In order to connect the U-shaped tube halves 4, 5 to the fin band 2 (see FIGS. 2 and 3), the holding body 8 is provided with two butting devices each with two longitudinal chambers 13. 11 and 12 are provided. The matching devices 11 and 12 may be vertically divided into a plurality of parts. The abutment device is movable at right angles to the tube halves 4, 5 by means of an aerodynamically loaded piston cylinder device 14. In the longitudinal chamber 13, there are arranged heating elements 16, 17 which are inductively loaded and are in planar contact with the inside 15 of the tube halves 4, 5. A plurality of heating elements 16 and 17 are provided in front of and behind each other in the vertical direction of the vertical chamber 13. The heating elements 16, 17 are arranged by a piston-cylinder device 18, which is pneumatically loaded, so that they can move in the abutment devices 11, 12 at right angles to the tube halves 4, 5. Further, as can be seen from FIG. 1, a blower 20 is provided in the height region of the fin band 2. A suction device 19 is arranged on the opposite side of the holder 8. The blower 20 and / or the suction device 19 may be provided stationary or may be arranged as an accessory to the holder 8. In order to connect the fin halves 4 and 5 to the fin band 2 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, first, the pipe halves 4 and 5 and the fin band are connected to each other as shown in FIGS. They are matched in the relative arrangement shown up to. In that case, a brazing foil 23 made of ZnAlSi and a trace member are respectively interposed between the planar ridge region 21 of the fin band 2 and the outer sides 3 of the tube halves 4, 5. This wax foil 23 can extend over the entire length of the tube halves 4, 5 and the fin band 2 or over a partial length. In the latter case, a plurality of wax foils 23 are arranged one behind the other. The fin band 2 is coated with zinc before the butting. The tube halves 4, 5 are uncoated. After loosely correspondingly arranging the tube halves 4, 5, the fin band 2 and the wax foil 23, these parts are arranged correspondingly to the abutment devices 11, 12 as shown in FIG. The piston-cylinder devices 14 are pressed against each other. In this case, the web 24 of the abutment device 11, 12 contacting the inner side 15 of the tube halves 4, 5 causes the outer side 3 of the tube halves 4, 5 to reach the brazing foil 23 and thus the ridge region 21 of the fin band 2. 22 is made to come in a very planar contact. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the upper heating body 17 in the figure is crimped to the inner side 15 of the pipe half portion 5 by the piston cylinder device 18. At the same time or subsequently, the lower heating element 16 is brought by the piston-cylinder arrangement 18 into the inside 15 of the tube half 4 and is then loaded with an electric current. This produces a temperature corresponding to the melting temperature of the wax foil 23. This melts the braze foil 23 and distributes it into the gap between the ridge region 21 of the braid fin band 2 and the outside 3 of the tube half 4. The lower heating element 16 is then shut off and separated from the inner side 15 of the tube half 4 by the piston-cylinder arrangement 18 as shown in FIG. During or after this process, the blower 20 and / or the suction device 19 are actuated, so that from the passage 25 located between the fins 26 of the fin band 2 particles generated during the brazing process (third (Fig.) Or aggressive gas is blown out or sucked out. In addition, the brazing location solidifies. The spacing between the heating element 16 and the tube halves 4 not only solidifies the brazing material, but also significantly preserves the temperature of the heating element 16 so that during the next heating process. Moreover, it is not necessary to heat the heating body again from room temperature to the brazing temperature. After connecting the lower tube half 4 and the fin band 2 in FIG. 1, the entire holder 8 is rotated by 180 °. Then, the lower heating element 17 is heated by the electric current in that state, and the brazing process is performed as described above. The fin band 2 is in this state bonded to the tube halves 4, 5 at both ridge regions 21, 22. After brazing as many fin bands 2 to the tube halves 4, 5 as required for the heat exchanger tube arrangement, the two tube halves 4, 5 are welded to each other via their longitudinal edges 27. It At this time, the heat exchanger tube mechanism 28 shown in FIG. 4 is formed. To protect the weld seam 29 and the end face 30 of the heat exchanger tube 6 located next to it from corrosion, the end face 30 is covered by a U-shaped aluminum cap 31 as shown in FIG. be able to. This cap 31 may be glued or clamped. An alternative means for the cap 31 is illustrated in the right half of FIG. 4 by which the end face 30 is coated with aluminum or zinc. This coating can be performed by the metal spraying method 32. FIG. 5 partly shows the device for connecting the folded fin band 2 to the pipe halves 4 or 5, in which the steel bottom 33, which is movable in the vertical direction, is first shown. Is provided. This movement is performed by an aerodynamically loaded piston-cylinder arrangement as indicated by double arrow 34. The steel bottom 33 carries a ceramic shield 35 made of AlO 2 and having a U-shaped cross section. The outer side surface 36, the surface 37 and the inner surface 38 of the shield 35 are covered with steel plates 39, 40 and 41 in the upper region of the shield 35. The shield 35 comprises a plurality of induction heating heating elements 42. A heating plate 43 made of high-grade steel or nickel is arranged above the heating element 42 at a distance A, and the heating plate is supported on a plurality of spaced rods 44, which are spaced apart from each other. And penetrates the shield 35 and is fixed in the steel bottom 33. The surface 45 of the heating plate 43 extends substantially flush with the surface 37 of the shield 35. The hot plate 43 is provided with a large number of sharp pins 46 at its free end. The tips 47 all extend to the same horizontal plane. Furthermore, on the edge side of the heating plate 43, a vertical passage 48 is provided for receiving the vertical edge 27 of the tube halves 4, 5 to be brazed to the folded fin band 2. Further, as can be seen from FIG. 5, the heating plate 43, the heating element 42, the shield 35 and the steel bottom 33 are penetrated by a supporting rod 49 as a component of the lifting device. The lifting device 50 is also vertically movable by at least one aerodynamically or hydraulically loaded piston cylinder device, as indicated by the double arrow 51. In preparation for brazing one tube half 4 to the fin band 2, the heating plate 43 is movable relative to the support rod 49 (in the direction of the chain line), during which time the heating element 42 Can be inductively heated to provide heat to the hot plate 43 by radiation. When the hot plate 43 reaches the required temperature, heat is applied until the tube half 4 is mounted on its inner side 15 on the tip 47 of the pin 46 and the longitudinal edge 27 is engaged in the longitudinal passage 48. The plate 43 is brought into the tube half 4 with the brazing material and the fin band 2. The support bar 49 is then moved slightly further downwards, which releases it from contact with the tube half 4. The heat plate 43 gives heat to the pipe half 4 by radiation, so that the brazing material is liquefied outside the pipe half 4. After this liquefaction, the hot plate 43 is moved again so that the brazing material can solidify and thereby the fin band 2 is joined to the tube half 4 without air gaps. The pipe half 4 with the fin band 2 is removed and the next brazing process is introduced. Otherwise, the device shown in FIG. 5 operates in the same way as the device shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and therefore will not be described again.
